If you haven't been there, get there. But my wife had to call three weeks ahead to get in on this day. It was my Birthday and I was not disappointed whatsoever.

Soup was good. Rest of food was overpriced olive garden type but drowning in oil including the garlic bread. Very hard to see the menu as the only light is by candles.

Cozy Italian restaurant with a very authentic feel. The menu is large and the food is delicious. Make sure to try the garlic bread! The restaurant itself is very small, so this is more of a date night spot than a large group dinner choice.

A very unique experience in Cincy. Delicious food and reasonable prices with large servings. The atmosphere inside is so cozy. Best eggplant parm I've ever had.

A very eclectic place. Lots of fun to experience. Tons of food options almost overwhelming but to a good point. We enjoyed ourselves and plan on coming back.

Visited Scotti's for the first time last night for dinner. The atmosphere is incredible. Old style Italian American. Low lighting and very romantic. I didn't remember our server's name but I will try to get it so I can request him again. The service was perfect. Started with some bread and got some olive oil to mix with parmesan cheese for dipping. The bread was soft, fresh, and a great opener. The minestrone was rich and full of flavor with al dente pasta shells. Ordered a side of meatballs. The red sauce was excellent - not too acidic and lots of flavor. The meatballs were huge. The texture was awesome. The meat was extremely soft and just fell apart when you cut into it. The taste was great with there a good amount of garlic. I ordered the Fettuccine Ala Guido and had them add shrimp. The Alfredo was creamy, buttery, and the best I've had. The portion was huge - I wasn't able to eat even half. My wife ordered the Cannelloni Speciale. The filling was awesome, pasta was perfectly al dente, and it was the same great red sauce as on the meatballs. I'm so glad we got both dishes so we could try each other's. Did dessert we got some tiramisu and cannoli both were excellent. My wife generally doesn't like cannoli but really liked theirs. Without question we will plan to return, and I strongly recommend you try them!

This place 100% relies on its history and charming romantic atmosphere. The food at Olive Garden has more flavor. You can tell those servers are family members of the owner or have been there for ages because They can’t and won’t be bothered by you or any of your requests. We sat for 15 mins while our server sat in the corner and read his book. Finally he comes over and says “drinks?” We ordered and went along with the Italian banter, figured it was just part of the experience. We never saw him only to order food, and drop off check. The rest of the time he was in the corner reading a book.We asked for a split check at the end he said no which was fine I said ok I’ll just take he one check he goes “right, yeah” brings it back. I’ve never had such poor service in my entire life. Tipped him the 0% he was clearly anticipating. I’m a server I know how it works.Save your frustration and go to Giovanni’s in Cheviot if you want a nice experience with good tasting food. That poor buss girl did all the work for those lazy servers and deserves all the tip out. They treated her like garbage.

An exquisite throwback to fine Italian dining from the old country. The most amazing garlic bread and meatballs ever started things off right. There were 6 of us and every dish was simply to die for! We will most definitely be back!

The best thing about this place is the atmosphere. I had really high hopes for Scotti's, but unfortunately it didn't live up to its reputation for me. The soup was salty and the noodles were mushy, like they'd been kept warm in the pot all day, and the meat sauce tasted old. No fresh flavor like I would expect from as restaurant in business for over 100 years. It could have just been an off night, but it'll be a long time before I return to find out.
