This is probably the worst Servantii we’ve ever been to. Apart from the fact that they had very limited choices, the customer service was terrible. My spouse asked the employee what she recommended and she responded by shaking her head and saying “just tell me what you want”. I understand it can be stressful when it’s busy, but it wasn’t. She was also rude to the other customer in there, having an attitude when responding to her questions. Won’t be coming back.

Very disappointed. No Halloween cupcakes, all cupcakes had kid characters on them. Halloween cookies were $4.00. Went to Buskens, they had Halloween cupcakes $7, cookies $1.50+, etc. Spent$30 at your competitor that I wanted to spend with you. You are out pricing yourself in a demanding specialty market.

Best cake in the city. The rest is pretty good. The service at Hyde Park used to be great. Some very sweet ladies working there. Now it feels angry and sad there. The guy I think is the manager seems like he’s annoyed with everyone. There are some nice folks there but those in charge seem very unhappy and make the place unpleasant.
