Our cake was awesome, moist and the icing was just right! The service was great accept for one older lady when we first came in to inquiry on their products, she was not friendly and seemed not to want to offer any suggestions, her younger coworker stepped up and delivered good service!

Today is my birthday. Although I received a beautiful appearing cake from this location as a surprise, the experience my friend went through while even placing the order ruined my taste for it. They told me how they really didnāt even receive proper customer service and how the woman who placed the order was highly unprofessional. What the staff didnāt know at first was that my friend never even been to this location before, but even after finding that information out after he told them the employee was still rude. On the day he came in he stated there was an older black woman (she received his payment) and an older white woman( she taken his order) The older white woman was elated to assist white patrons who came in and showed them an entire book on what to order and how to order, but when my friend stated that he never been in, wasnāt sure on what to exactly do responses werenāt even met with sincerity, the same treatment, was being rushed, and was asked if he wanted balloons on my cake. Iām 37, I donāt need balloons on a cake as if though Iām a child.
Another thing, the cake although it tasted decent also tastes like store brought cake and icing; that of the nature of Dunkin Hines and Betty Crocker. Do your job as a person working in retail. I worked in Samās club bakery and never treated anyone like that, I showed the book to everyone no matter their ethnicity or race and especially if it was their first time coming to the establishment. We wonāt be back and word of mouth gets around faster than advertisement.
Do better and be better overall. From the comments I seen the lack of professionalism and customer service isnāt new. And I know he told yāall there is a capital, āVā in my name as well. Iāve decorated desserts for years especially on cake; You did what you wanted to do, period. My friend was so close to just saying never mind as well in even getting anything from this company because of the energy and rude service he was receiving, but didnāt want to take things too personal. Well I have ..so here is my review

I took my grandson with me to get some goodies. Had a great time. The lady gave him a small cookie with sprinkles on it. He thought he was in heaven. He took his cookie and went to the store window and sat at the table and ate his cookie and watched the world go by.
I almost forgot... The baked goods are always great at Servatii's Bakery. Get there early in the morning to get the best selection. It is hard to select just a few things, so get a bunch and eat up. You won't be disappointed. Your little ones won't be either.
Parking: Parking is NOT an issue.
Kid-friendliness: It reminds me of my childhood going to the bakery with my parents. My grandson wants to go every day now... To get his cookie and a chocolate iced donut.

Way way way way way way overpriced. This store in particular is not good. Expensive, and they are a little kooky. They still have covid signs up and ask you to mask. You can clearly see the staff and ownership is a little bit aggressive with their politics and let it show. Go up the street to dunkin. You'll spend half and not have to wear a mask or be made to feel bad cause you are white. ?
Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly but there is an edge to them. They come off like the women from the view. Nice, but angry and ready to snap.

I love Servati White OakāI go weekly for my āfixā for delicious breads, donuts, pretzel sticks with spinach & cheese dips, danish and the best coffee cakes. The individual desserts are fabulous too (key line, raspberry creations).
The team is friendly and helpfulā¦Renda & Lecia and others!
I try to go early so not to miss out on what Iād like as supplies do run out. Also their pre-ordering works great especially for holidays and special occasions. The best neighborhood bakery!

It's sad to visit one of my favorite stores and in this specific neighborhood for the first time and be served by a rude person who constantly seemed to be angry and made me forget the experience of shopping in this place, it made me feel so uncomfortable that I couldn't even continue shopping more stuff, I don't know if the person was racist or if her day was bad at home to make me feel uncomfortable buying at this place, but it made me feel like a bad service experience, and like i dont want to return anymore there. .. so sab.
Cake, as always at Servatti's, is good. But displeased with one of the representatives because Starlina at 4:27 pm on Thursday March 7, at White Oak location asked if me if I had a handicap placard for my vehicle in front of the store outside. What does parking outside of the store have to do with sales and the baked goods inside of the store? I was highly disappointed and felt like racial discrimination. I bought my slice of cake. As I was asked about the handicap placard, I answered her question because I am in the service industry as well. I would have never asked that question to anyone, but I also do know the parking rules and regulations for the city, county, and stste as a young black female.
Ordered a pretzel tray and spinach dip. You get a million pretzels and the smallest dip they have for 25 bucks. I had to purchase another dip. Ridiculous. What a rip off.

One of my favorites! I hope they stay local in white oak forever. The pretzels and cheese dip of any kind is delicious. And almost every desert is mouth watering! LOVE!
great bakery been going here for 20+ years. only thing I don't like is how they run out of food so quickly. first come first serve.... get there before 10am or your choices will be severely limited
