Seven Hills Coffee Roasters

We operate Muse Cafe and have been using 7 Hills for our espresso and drip offerings since we opened over 8 years ago. We constantly get compliments on our espresso from not only our regulars, but also people from out of town, even from Europe! Not only is their coffee top notch, so is their customer service. They also happen to be super nice people!

I stumbled onto Seven Hills a couple years ago when I was trying to find more of a “seasonal” offering I’d received from a coffee subscription. It was a coffee from Papua New Guinea and it was by far my favorite. Most other companies only had limited batches and very short availability. I ordered some from Seven Hills and it was even better and has been available consistently. They have so many varieties and blends and we’ve tried several. All have been wonderful. I love their philosophy and that they offer so many fair trade varieties and organic varieties as well, and their roasting method. I continue to regularly place orders online and they always come fast, fresh, and delightful. I’ve referred many friends to them because they are just awesome. They are a great choice if you are looking for some quality coffee options.

Well, I’ve honestly never been to this place… But I can tell you this:

As a US Air Force veteran of Desert Storm, as a now 63+ year-old retired male who has spent time in nearly 15 foreign countries, I’ve had coffee from many places.

Fresh Hawaiian Kona is always good. I still can’t explain why some pre-ground coffee I had in Denmark was some of my favorite.

Today, I’m enjoying some Seven Hills at our retirement lake-house in rural Alabama. It arrived yesterday as a Fathers‘s Day gift from one of my daughters.

No doubt, it’s one of the most delicious and mellow cups of coffee I’ve enjoyed in a very long time.

Well done, roasters of Cinci / Blue Ash. Just might need to stop in to visit you on our next trip back home to the Buckeye state !

So I needed some coffee on the way home today, and I found this place. I had heard of them and seen them at the Cincinnati coffee festival, but had never been to their location. I was greeted instantly and had fresh roasted (that morning) beans within 10 minutes. The people were incredibly polite and helpful. I then brought the roast home, grinded it up… and it did not disappoint. The Viennese Roast is fantastic for espresso. Got some pics. A+ Cincinnati coffee roaster

A real treasure find! This small local coffee roaster imports and crafts coffee for restaurants throughout cincy. You can also walk in and get a few pounds of grounds or whole beans. The staff know the ins and outs and can custom blend a bag for you. It is a real neat spot if you want real amazing coffee.

I still only get my coffee from Seven Hills as it is better than EVERYTHING I tried here on the west coast. Keep up the awesome work. I don't know what I would do without you guys!

I stopped by for my second time 2 days ago to get another pound of coffee. I really like this place--they love coffee as much as I do. The staff is super helpful. Picked up a bag of beans today and met James. Very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to put these thru the espresso machine tomorrow.UPDATE: tried it in on the espresso machine and it was delicious!

We had this coffee for the first time with our lunch at a local cafe in Dayton. It’s is truly delicious; we tried Brazilian Sierra Negra. Took home a pound of whole beans Brazilian Sierra Negra too. Thank you for producing a high quality coffee.
