Shake Shack Clifton

I was shorted an entire sandwich and fries via Uber eats, so I called because uber wouldn't refund me and the manager told me to bring my ticket. Then after driving all the way there they didnt replace my food and basically accused me of trying to scam them. No customer service, no apology and the POS 'manager' wouldn't even come talk to me. Absolute trash.

So I went in and ordered two shake burgers and a order of fries and everything came out in a timely manner, but as my sandwiches proceed to come out, one of the employees yelled out that you’re missing bacon and they fell off until the service line she then proceeded to put the bacon back on the sandwich after Noticing that I watched her do thattouching multiple surfaces then stated the surface was clean when I clearly saw a lot of crumbs and other things on the surface I asked how much do they clean the surface and they say 5 to 10 minutes but I was in there longer for 5 to 10 minutes and have not watched the surface being cleaned

ordered a single cheese burger and cheese fries and got THIS. A burnt ahhh chicken sandwich. So incredibly mad because this was almost 8 dollars.

Incredible burgers and shakes. 10/10. A bit pricey, but every restaurant is, nowadays. My wife and I got 2 double cheeseburgers and they were incredible. 2 fresh smash patties w/American cheese on a bun, yum!! Also, the Xmas sugar cookie milkshake is elite!

Burger from this location is definitely much better than the liberty center location. Burger is tasty and hot, staff could locate my pick up order right away. Just a little hard to find parking when peak hour.

Mikey is the most talented hard worker. God bless his soul. He gave me my shake in less than 2 minutes, with the most heartwarming smile. In this day and age people tend to forget that a smile can go a long way. Certainly not that young man.

This location recently went out of their way to solve a problem that they did not create, nor was it their responsibility to solve said problem. I commend this restaurant for its operative mindset.

Update: IDK what has been going on their lately but my last 3 pickup orders have been wrong. I go here a lot because I live right next to it but if this keeps happening I'll probably just have to stop coming, which is so sad because I love this place!

Went for the first time and loved it! The Chicken Bites are out of this world.
