If you're looking for delicious noodle soups, this Chinese restaurant is a fantastic choice. They have a variety of noodle soups, each with rich, savory broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The soup dumplings are also a hit--steamy and full of tasty filling--but sometimes they stick together. I've been going here for years, and the food never disappoints. The staff is friendly, and the service is usually quick. It's a cozy spot that's perfect for a casual meal with friends or family.

First time here and I really enjoyed it. We got there before there was a crowd. The food was extremely tasty and I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Got take out wanting some chineese and was not disappointed! Orange chicken was fire and the crab rangoons might be some of the best in Cincinnati. Super fast too! Didn't want more than 10 minutes for a take out order and the food was hot and fresh.

This place it too good to have during Lent! It's ruined all other Thai places for me. The service is excellent and restaurant is clean. We got the dumplings as well which were the best I've never had. I'm betting everything on the menu is amazing. I'd give it more that 5 stars if I could.

Got in town late on a work trip. This was super close to the Hilton. The food & vibe were awesome and totally unexpected for a Chinese restaurant. Highly recommend. Don't think. Just do it!

Their vegan options were to die for and the service was super nice. I got the orange faux ribs and they remind me of the days when I used to eat orange chicken at Panda Express. Absolutely wonderful

I've been coming here for years, since the old location run by Chef Alex. Shanghai on Elm is a great family run restaurant with good consistent food andfriendly service. Always a fun atmosphere, it's somewhat of a comforting sanctuary for me in Cincinnati. I'm always welcomed by familiar faces and everyone respects my quirky dining habits! That it's open late is an added bonus knowing that if I roll into town late, I can get a hot meal and enjoy a few laughs. Oh, did I mention the cocktails? They don't mess around, the drinks are outstanding.

the space and the vibe is amazing, the service was very friendly (altho our poor waitress was only on her second night of work and panicked a lot), and the food was on par for a classic chinese restaurant.Parking: plenty of parking lots and garages in easy walking range, and street parking all over but ofc it's cincinnati so you have to pay.

The server was nice, if a little bit scattered for it being a very slow night, and the atmosphere was good. The food, though, was mediocre at best.

The service was excellent! Chris was our waiter and he was awesome. The food was good. They let you customize your dishes. I can't wait to return.

The shrimp pad thai is the best around the greater cincinnati area. I just wish they would open for lunch.

For Saturday night, we immediately sat down for service and our food. Service was great. The food was just alright, the potstickers were the best part. I ordered chicken pad thai, they didn't ask if I wanted a spice level which I thought was weird. The pad thai was so sweet, I barely ate any. The orange chicken was also super sweet and the veggies were in such big pieces and they don't get you a knife. Overall, was super excited to try this place and left disappointed. Food was maybe a 2, service was a 5.

Food is okay, but servers need to be trained better and be able to correctly speak about food they are selling. When I asked if they have dim sum, they said they don’t have that and don’t even know what that is. So, I just ordered shrimp dumpling on the menu, and the food they brought was dim sum (Har Gow). I’ve visited this restaurant four times to see if that was just coincidence but that was my false hope. I mean, the restaurant looks authentic - it’s not panda express. Then, I was quite disappointed by the cultural ignorance. I am not asking for changing the menu to Chinese version, just asking to have some basic knowledge of ethnic food. Dim sum is food that’s very commonly known these days.
