The ice cream was good. However, I ordered 2 and only received one ice cream without any notice or warning. Took my money too and did not make an effort to inform. (Edited) Upon seeing your response I am even more frustrated than I was before. Not only was an ice cream missing from my order. The third item that was ordered separately was an abomination. None of the things that were ordered were part of that item received, from the flavor of the ice cream down to the toppings. This is not the first time this has happened with this business.

Simply Rolled Ice Cream offers delicious rolled ice cream, but the service could use improvement. The staff was quiet to the point where it was difficult to hear them, and they gave the impression that our presence was more of a nuisance than a welcome.

Not accommodating and very rude after the staff messed up my order. I tired to tell the worker as she was making it incorrectly. The worker then argued with me that this is what I asked for, when it just wasn’t. They didn’t want to remake it and called their manager after which they gave me basically no add-ins, like a laughable amount and slammed things around as they were making it. Regrettably won’t be going back.
Apparently they have a policy written in their way for no remakes if you drop your ice cream or you don’t like the flavor you chose. I understand those circumstances but that wasn’t the case here. The whole thing just made me feel bad and weird.

I loved the vegan ice cream options (hard to find vegan rolled ice cream), and it tasted great! According to my friend, the non-vegan ice cream was great also! Highly recommend.
This place was amazing at first but the service has gone way down hill and it seems like the keep closing earlier and earlier. Every time we go “they are closing” this is ashame b/c I really think they are by far the best recipes and taste for Rolled ice cream.

Rating for food low due to asking for no nuts and they were in the ice-cream ?
After having dinner we wanted ice cream, and lo and behold we stumbled upon Simply Rolled. How exciting to try some place new. We had no idea what to order or the concept of how they make the ice cream. The two girls working were no help. They should have welcomed us and asked if we had ever been there before. We just ordered two different sundaes from the wall menu and watched them make it. Very cool. They tasted okay. The brownie was a little bigger than the size of a quarter. When not waiting on customers the girls stayed in the back, and neither spoke to any of the customers who came in after us. Not sure how long this place has been in business, but I won’t be going back. Management needs to train the workers on representing their business better.

This was really good and very different from regular ice cream, I would recommend it especially the smores. One thing, and I understand we came in at 9:55 pm on a Saturday… and I even told my girlfriend that I would be mad if people walked in that close to close on a Saturday night. Just try a little harder to be happy to see customers please is all even if you’re really just ready to go home. Not to assume or throw shots but this obviously could be product of employees that believe they should be getting paid more. It didn’t bother me, would probably bother some.

Resturant is dirty, the bathroom door is sticky, the toilet was very dirty, workers wearing headphone and on call when making ice cream. The ice cream was bad it tasted like rolled milk with no flavoring. Prices are very high for the rolled ice cream and couldn't even finish it because it had zero flavor like they didn't add the vanilla.

Would love to give a nice review but we never had the chance to order due the incredibly rude employees or shall I say children behind the counter. We walked in and there was no one behind the counter. While I understand they were about to close, they in fact were not closed yet and were highly annoyed they had to help us. One of the employees went as far as to use profanity towards us when he saw he had customers. Terrible experience! They could have communicated if they were unable to assist us but instead chose to be extremely rude and yell profanities as we left.
