I've been here a lot and have always had a good experience. They have a good variety of coffee and non-coffee options for drinks. Outside of pastries and snacks, I wouldn't really recommend coming here for food; it's not bad, but mediocre and overpriced, so it's probably worth grabbing something at one of the many restaurants nearby and then heading in to Sitwell's for a refreshing drink.Usually I have a pretty good experience with the people working there; I have had one time where the cashier was a bit rude but not to a severe degree, she was probably just having a bad day, but I understand that that does deter customers who have not been there before.The atmosphere is amazing. They have art completely covering the walls that they cycle through every few months. There are trivial pursuit cards on all the tables that my fiance and I love to go through when we are there to hang out.Parking: There is some paid street parking around the corner but sometimes it's packed and you have to drive a while to find a spot. If you don't mind walking, there are plenty of streets in the Gaslight district that are free to park on, but again it will probably take a while to find a spot.

My husband and I have always enjoyed Sitwells. The food, beverages and atmosphere are wonderful. However today we were picking up some lattes and the women who was making them was very rude. She ignored our order and was more concerned with talking to other coworkers. It was very disrespectful and disappointing.

1/19 3pm. Girl w short hair I was sooo happy to see everyone and this place. Unfortunately the girl w the short hair could not have been more disrespectful. I was just standing there forever and she would not wait on me.. while emersed in conversation! Very disappointing.

The food and decor here are great. My reason for giving it less than five stars has been my multiple experiences with slow, unfriendly service coupled with the high tipping expectations on the kiosk. There's no good reason why this can't be fixed.
