Overall the food was good, and the woman working the front desk was very nice and worked very hard. They were unfortunately just quite short staffed and she was stuck as the only one working the front and the tables. The restaurant is very cute and clearly well taken care of with a lot of love.That being said, the fish tank could use a little TLC! It had several large goldfish and a Plecostomus but no fixtures, plants, or even a bed of rocks for the fish. The water was also a little murky. I think they’d be a bit happier with some housing.

Have been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The biggest plus is that they have a large authentic menu, which is the only one that I know of on the east side of Cincy. Along with the authentic options they do offer more American Chinese dishes. They have a dim sum menu that seems to be offered all day as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the dishes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have authentic Chinese food. This will be a regular spot for my family and I. Choose this over some large national chains that have been opening up in the area!

Sizzling Wok has definitely found themselves again!!The food is the same pre-covid recipes we all love and look forward to enjoying.The staff is super attentive and accomidating.There's talk of the buffet returning, but customer attendance needs to increase in order for them to afford that investment.The offer dinner specials that come with soup, rice, wonton, crab rangoon, egg roll, and an enormous helping of your chosen main course!!You won't be disappointed!!

Cute little place! First time here, had the wonton soup, hot and sour soup, 2 egg rolls, Kungpoa Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. All was good we will be back ? good crunchy noodles too!

The atmosphere is better than most Chinese restaurants in the area with more of a fine dining feel than a fast food feel. Service, the person who waited on us was as sweet as could be but she was new and forgot to bring us two dishes that I ordered. I had my 11 year old with me and our neighbor who is 7 years old and we all split one dish of Lomaine, which tasted ok, egg rolls, which were not good, crab rangoon, which was ok and teriyaki pork that was not good and then I asked for the check. I reminded our server she never brought us the other food we ordered. The server did comp 2 egg rolls since I expressed they were not good. Also my bill was expensive but with inflation everything is expensive these days.

This is the best Chinese restaurant around! We used to love the eastgate location and wish they’d open another! Their food is so good and always so hot and fresh. I wish more people knew about them! We would beg to go to sizzling wok when i was a kid, we’d always go for special events or birthday dinners. ❤️❤️
This was the best Chinese I have ever had. My wife and I ordered off the authentic menu and man the flavors were out of the park. The hostess was very nice and awesome. Will be back and recommend to everyone. Prices are excellent also.2nd visit 2 weeks later. Not sure what happened. Employees were hovering coming back from the kitchen asking how spicey we wanted it. They didn’t do that first visit. We said same as they always do. Food came out tasting completely different. It was gross. Tasted like soap. Very weird experience. First visit it was 10/10. 2nd was 1/10. Not sure what to think.

This place was a little pricey, about $20 for a dinner special. But ... Not was it worth it! We are this stuff for three meals! They give you SO MUCH FOOD! And it was delicious ?. Great place to get carry out. They even put all of our food in a box, which was nice because the dinner specials come with soup and when you put soup bowls in a bag they always spill. Well, the box took care of that! The staff is extremely nice and attentive. Took my order even with me struggling to decide just what I wanted. Very patient. Egg rolls are great, sweet and sour chicken was great, Mongolian beef was great. Just a great meal all around. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant.
