Overall this franchise branch is a complete disaster; Poor unprofessional management, over worked underpaid teenagers whom take the fall for the lack of kitchen staff performance.Definitely in the drive through.
For customers: take it easy on these teens, they are working and making the best of the situation at hand. Be kind, it’s not always their problem with your service, they are doing their best with what they are provided.

Amazing how you order something it don't come with everything that comes with it you think they're okay so then you call I'm complained because it's not there and then when you get home there's not even chilly on it that's the worst because it was told that you order it in the afternoon you need it for dinner when complain because the condiments aren't there that cheese chili or cheese onions whatever so okay you'll make do and then there's not even chilly on the goddamn spaghetti and then they hang up on you

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with the food quality out of the drive thru. Decided to give dine in a try today and regretted it. I ordered cheese fries and can confirm they are served on a spaghetti plate so you make a mess when eating. There are two sides of the bar, one half is reserved for door dash and staff to take a seat, other side is for customers. I thought that was odd. Food was quick as always. The drive thru has an entirely separate kitchen so that’s likely why the quality takes a hit down there. I’ll repeat what many others have said, this location is just not up to par with the skyline standard many other locations succeed to uphold.

The drive thru always takes so long which is okay, I’ll get over that, but everytime I get coneys they are so soggy and old tasting and today my hot dogs weren’t even cooked inside of them! Waste of money :(

I came into this location last night and had to wait almost 20 mins for a carry out! I ordered one 4 way,2 3ways and 2 cheese coneys. I got home and only had 2 bags of cheese, for 3 chilis. NO crackers, NO hot sauce, napkins or FORKS!!!! The employees bagged two door dash orders whom weren’t even there yet to pick them up while they let my order sit and get cold. By the time I got home my food was cold. Skyline is usually fast and always hot/fresh. Bridgetown location has went downhill. I work in the restaurant business and we never bag our to go orders last. I should have not had to wait for my order to be done “last”.

Skyline chili in Bridgetown has officially lost there mind.
The prices at this skyline and all the other skylines are just getting completely ridiculous for what you get and now there wanting to charge you a fee to pay with your debit/credit card and want to call it a convenience fee.
Convenience fee my rear they are just trying to cover there credit card fees by passing the cost onto there customers as if the food and soft drink prices aren't bad enough.
When you sign up for credit and debit card transactions you are told what they are going to charge you percentage wise every month if you dont want to pay the fees dont accept credit or debit cards.
It is extremely rude to pass this on to your customers.

Came in with my family last night ordered our food. Server brought it and some of it was wrong so my wife kindly started helping her out and she just slammed the food down in front of each kid. Rude service and after that she never came back to the table. Shame when you spend 100$ at skyline and get treated that way.

Ordered cheese coneys at Bridgetown skyline drive thru only person in the drive thru. Very little cheese & what was there was melted in 5 min. Ride home. Ordered onions & no onions. The skyline chili is so blah, no spice or flavor. I get better food & service inside.

It's a location that has gone downhill. You'll be better off picking a different location. I just get the feeling from the staff that you owe them something just for being there. From my experience the staff needs a lot more training.
