Have ate there quite a bit. Service is great ,place is clean. The problem is the chili is so watered down you either get a soggy cheese Coney or What I usually get is a four-way bean. The four-way bean ends up being noodles, beans, and cheese with water and a little bit of meat. if you order it dry, you literally get almost no meat, just noodles, cheese, and beans. I don’t mind paying their premium prices. You just want a decent four-way ,all Skylines aren’t like this.

Its officially cheaper to go to the grocery store and eat healthy rather than buy a family of 5 skyline....some 3 ways a chili cheese fry and drinks was $60 before tip.... your losing it skyline. Dont forget it just some noodles sauce and cheese on top!

After the game tonight we ate at this Skyline. We have eaten at other Skylines before, but after tonight, this will be our number one. It is not because of the food, location or atmosphere, pretty much the same as others, but because of the folks that work there. They are very friendly and nice, but the one that stands out and is an outstanding server and person, Ellie W., made the night. She is truly a real asset to this location and the total Skyline system. She needs to be recognized by upper management for her efforts. I highly recommend this location for good food and hope that you are lucky enough to have Ellie W. as your server.

Racist and poor customer service my order was two cheese coneys with no onion only to bite into one that had onions so i had to trash them bf I got more sick i tt the Male manager who told me if I want my coneys remade I had to dig them out the trash 🗑 umm why would u want trashed food where u are cooking ppls orders thats unsanitary I had my receipt and you just served my food 2 mins ago so you know you made my food wrong and won't remake them as if I wanted free food or something I judt want what I paid for I came in from out of town and stopped off to get a bite to eat o my to be treated unfairly and the manager did not make it right shame on you on my way out someone was comming up to have three food remade bc they had mustard on there coneys and they requested no mustard they didnt have the old ones and they replaced there food so yea I won't pr my family will never go to another skyline ever just a waste

Staff was friendly. Smelled great when walking in. I had never ate skyline before and will never again. It's not for me. My husband said it was good, tasted like Skyline Chilli is supposed to taste.
This Skyline is a major one for student athletes from Colerain High School. It has received a beautiful remodel from the many many years ago that I lived in the city, but I always try to make it back to visit whenever I can.
There’s so many new items on the menu I can’t wait to try. The food is always fresh, the service is fast and it’s a great way to kick back and relax while enjoying Skyline time!

My one big issue with this Skyline is they will not give you crackers ever through the drive thru unless you request them- I always forget to ask because this is not something you have to ask for at any other location.

If you want the limited edition Deluxe Nachos. DO NOT go here. The lady at the drive through said $9.99 then when I got up to the window another lady apologized and told me $13.99. She has to charge me for a salad and an order of Nachos. I politely said I just ate the for lunch at another resturant and it was 8.00. She said I'm sorry we don't have them for that. Im so glad I refused! I have now been to Montgomery Rd, Ronald Reagan on colerain and blue ashe locations and they all offer the Deluxe with small variances of cents on the dollar prices. I will NEVER GO BACK to this location again. Even her tone and word choice with me could have been better!
