Live nearby, this is the closest Skyline to me. Went to try the chicken chili. Got 2 original and 2 chicken. The chicken chili was cold. It was 10 pm. Not sure why I was given cold chili for the cheese coney but yeah that sucked. Had to microwave it and of course that ruined the flavor. Outta 12 bucks tho…

I had not eaten all day, and needed something quick, to cover my volunteer duties. I ordered chili nachos, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño cheese, jalapeños , sour cream. I work 3 mins away. My chili was cold, I called to let them know, they could care less… didn’t offer any type of apology or compensation So much for Cincy chili

Came back into town for a visit and stopped off at this location for my dose of Skyline. Place was very clean. Despite it being fairly busy (there was a large group of elderly men joining for a lunch meetup which was sweet), my service was fast, efficient, and great. Food is exactly what I’d expected and hoped for. Definitely will be visiting this location in future visits to the area.

Came through the drive through, and they got my order completely wrong! I ordered two plain chili cheese sandwiches with extra chili, and two plain chili cheese sandwiches with the regular amount of chili. They gave me two coneys and two sandwiches with barley any chili on them at all! I always pull off the cheese and put crushed up crackers on the sandwich under the cheese, the chili didn't even cover the entire bottom of the bun, there was a bare spot in the middle! I will NEVER spend my hard earned money there ever again!

It's skyline, so the food was great as usual. The main thing I wasn't a fan of, was that they removed the salt shakers from the table. Once I realized that, I had to wait to get my server's attention to bring me several packets. It might be nitpicking but that was the only issue I had.

Judy D. I placed an online order for vegetarian food, but they included meat in my meal. When I brought this to their attention, Judy D. dismissed my concern, saying, “These vegetarian people don’t know how to order,” and proceeded to mock me in front of other customers. Her comments were not only unprofessional but carried a clear tone of bias racism and disrespect.
To make matters worse, she refused to issue a refund, so I had to reorder and pay again. While the money isn’t the issue, the way I was treated certainly is. No one deserves to be humiliated or discriminated against for their dietary choices or cultural background. This lady is clearly a narcissist and This kind of behavior—especially from a manager—is unacceptable.

It's been as it's always been since going there since 2013, a fun, casual place to catch up with friends, relax on your phone, and forget what was troubling you, my mother passed a few weeks ago and it was really nice to get a diet cola and just sit in there with my best friend. My mom always made sure I was able to get some. She had trouble with it since an office party when she was pregnant with me actually. Lol
