We gave Skyline a heads up a few days in advance that we'd be dropping in with a party of EIGHTEEN on a Saturday night. Alex the manager, Austin and server, and the entire crew went above and beyond. There was a birthday poster, birthday coloring sheets, a birthday button for the guest of honor, and more. No where else can you bring a party that large and get your food so quickly and deliciously. They've always taken great care of us when we bring in our large family, but this time was extra special! We can't say thank you enough!

Today I went for my typical chilli cheese fries order, and I noticed last time I got a small portion in a big container, literally was like a handful of fries and so much space left on the sides. I hate telling anything wrong to food service workers as it can be frustrating, but this time I had to because I’m paying a lot for so little. I kindly asked if they could make sure it was filled up and another worker cut in on the headset saying “yes we will, but just know it is portioned out so” and got off the mic. She said it very blunt and rude, and I just said thanks thinking it would just be that. I get to the window and paid, got home and the portion was the same as last time in the big container AND on top of that they gave me the wrong drink. The worker at the window handed me the drink saying “here is your coke” and now I feel that was a jab that they were playing with me now. I won’t be coming here anymore because I feel disrespected and I just asked for a simple request.

Don't expect much when I go to skyline, and I don't mean that in a negative way. it was everything it always is and that is on point. Service to me at this point is just make sure I get my food correctly in my drink gets refilled.. other than that I'm pretty simple

Do not order the nachos....what tiny bit of chili they give you is well hidden by the lettuce
