Writing this on my wife's account but my name is Caleb Masminster. Absolute joke management team. Was overcharged in the drive-thru, called and talked to Mark, he offered my order as replacement, but because they were busy, said he would take me name down afterwards. Fast forward to today, I called in the verify if they would honor it, and a very rude female manager basically told me no, I won't offer what Mark promised, you can have half of what he offered and then hung up on me, after basically calling me a liar that I wait 15 to 20 mins every time in the drive thru. I will never spend another penny at this establishment and I went ahead and called corporate. Hope it was worth 3 cheese coneys and a sweet tea, to be extremely rude and unpleasant. Horrible customer service.

Was in Cincinnati OH and with the cold and snow I wanted a good winter dish.
Went to Skyline Chili and th3 best decision that I made.
They have amazingly awesome chili dishes and the customer service is very efficient excellent and professional.
Highly recommend and will be a return customer whenever I'm in Cincinnati and thank you Team Skyline Chili 👍🙌😊‼️

My experience with this skyline was absolutely atrocious, we had decided to eat in last night and we waited about 20 minutes until we were served drinks. Our hot dogs were tough and borderline inedible. We had to ask 4 separate times to even get our correct order and still we were served cold cheese fries. We were only given one plate and charged for 2. We spent a grand total of 70$ at this establishment and I will whole heartedly say I will never return.

When the area... It's Skyline for me. Always good, quick and service at this location was great.
This is the best Skyline in the area. Order is always correct, food is always good, and the staff is great. The manager is usually working the window and is super friendly and helpful.

Got the 4 way and 3 coney with chili cheese and dessert. The guys was good. The cheese was good. But it doesn't have like a lot of taste. Just very mild flavor but still good it was my first time. I wouldn't eat here again.

The food was neither bad or good. It was very salty,boring, and kind of weird. It was overpriced for the small portions. It all tasted the same. I was bummed that I spent $20 on just me and left unsatisfied. I got bad gas afterwards that reminded me of the salty chili I had eaten earlier. Weird.
