First time trying this chain in Cincinnati, and it was all worth it! The Greek style chili was delicious, and the place was packed inside and at the drive-through. We will have to come back for a sit-down experience. Staff were super friendly.

The chito ordered that is supposed to have Fritos-mine didn't ! The store was very cluttered with many uncleared tables. We were there on a quiet Sunday early afternoon. Won't be back to this one.

When traveling we try to check out local favorites. While the food was unique, it would have to be an acquired taste. So much cinnamon! Our server was great and laughed along as we discussed the cinnamon overpowering everything. I think they see tourists often with the same reaction. He made sure we got to go sodas when we left and a smile on our faces. Skyline chili is a must try. Whether you like it or not, it's an experience. FYI: the hot sauce will cover up a lot of the cinnamon flavor.

I get to-go orders here frequently and usually 4/5-10 times they forget major things like cheese and 7/10 times they forget crackers and hot sauce. I visited the drive through on 10/22/24, and they forgot my cheese, and filled the wrong fountain drink, and only filled it 2/3 full.

My husband and I ordered in drive thru, and we spent $19.60 just for a meal and a side of chili cheese fries. Hotdogs were good, chili cheese fries were horrible. Decided to get soda refill inside, since we ate in our car. One white blonde teenager yelled at me that the soda machine was broken, and they don’t do refill when you purchase food in drive thru. First of all they can just talk to me nicely, second I never seen a fast food chain who’s stingy with soda refill especially when you spend $20 for a fast food. Customer service is horrible, will never come back again. You guys hired a bunch of teenager, who doesn’t even know what customer service is.
I wish I had remembered our servers name. She was a beautiful African American woman, and her service was amazing. THANK YOU!

This location seems very strict on cost cutting measures like being very frugal with hot sauce packets/crackers. There’s a big sign in the drive through window that let you know you get 1 pack of crackers and 2 hot sauce packets per meal. Yet … I wasn’t given any hot sauce packets with my take out order and had to ask for it.
It isn’t the skyline experience I’m used to being picky over number of cracker and hot sauce packets

The customer service was TERRIBLE. I went through the drive through and got a two drinks and a coney. When I got up to the window the girl was very rude and said “what did you get I forgot”. First off you’re supposed to put it into the system while speaking with the customer, it’s not that hard. And then she wanted to argue with me and said I didn’t order drinks when I did, so I just left. Never going to that location again! If you can’t do your job right then don’t work.
