It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.

Where's the beef? There was practically no chili meat on my spaghetti. Apparently I don't like Cincinnati style chili, since it's watery and has sweet Mediterranean spices like cinnamon, but this was a particularly stingy serving. Avoid this chain and get your chili elsewhere.

I will never eat there again the owner is full of herself she thinks she's better than everybody else you take an expensive order back to get it fixed and she looks at you like you're an idiot she will argue with you just so she doesn't have to do anything she's the most rudest disrespectful person I've ever met in my entire existing she didn't even want to offer anything back I brought the food back and was still denied skyline has went downhill I will never eat there again my friends family no one

What a thrilling experience: I went to the bathroom and it smelled good. While in the bathroom i suddenly felt like I was dying of thirst, so I ordered a drink, and, wow, they gave me free iced tea, what a totally not-at-all-standard perk. Plus my food tasted good too so they get all the stars
