I went there and I was greeted by a girl named Aubrey. Hardworking girl and saw that she was busy but still very kind in the process. Don’t recommend asking for the chili special though (they don’t have it). Lowkey a qt. Coming back very shortly.

Just left the Norwood location and honestly I have never been disappointed before at this location, but there is a first time for everything unfortunately. The person working the counter when when I walked in was Aubrey and she barely wanted to acknowledge me. She just walked up and start shuffling stuff around , she didn't say anything, she just looked at me like she was waiting on me to talk , but I was waiting to be greeted so I could know she was ready. I asked are you guys running any specials (it's National Chili Day) she says no then walks off and starts doing something. I almost left without ordering anything but then Austin walked up and changed my experien! So Shout out to Austin for his great customer service Aubrey could learn a thing or two from him. She wasn't very pleasant at all .

It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.
Where's the beef? There was practically no chili meat on my spaghetti. Apparently I don't like Cincinnati style chili, since it's watery and has sweet Mediterranean spices like cinnamon, but this was a particularly stingy serving. Avoid this chain and get your chili elsewhere.

I will never eat there again the owner is full of herself she thinks she's better than everybody else you take an expensive order back to get it fixed and she looks at you like you're an idiot she will argue with you just so she doesn't have to do anything she's the most rudest disrespectful person I've ever met in my entire existing she didn't even want to offer anything back I brought the food back and was still denied skyline has went downhill I will never eat there again my friends family no one
