No ADA compliant entrance. 3-5" curb on both sides of handicapped parking space. Doors are hard to open. Unfriendly staff. The atmosphere was NOT conducive to a second visit. Management will be contacted.Wheelchair accessibility: There isn't any in front of the Skyline's door where the handicapped parking space is UNLESS one travels to the right for approximately 100 feet in front of the BMV location. Sad and probably illegal per the ADA.

As a lifelong Cincinnatian and Skyline Chili lover, it’s sad for me to write this review.This afternoon, my sister and I took our kids to this specific Skyline Chili location in Norwood located at 4588 Montgomery Road. Our waitress was wonderful! However, at one point, an older man came up to us and said it’s good that our kids were having fun. We had no idea who he was but that was fine. Then the older man came back later and proceeded to tell us that our kids could not play with the condiments “or else they would end up in the ER.” Ummm… OK? Finally, as we were about to leave, we all went to the bathroom. The same man then banged loudly on the door while we were all in there. As we exited the bathroom, he screamed at us that we spilled stuff all over his table. We felt so completely harassed! As we were paying our bill, we asked the cashier who that guy was. We thought he was just some crazy old man dining at Skyline. We could not believe when they told us he is the OWNER!!!I have been going to Skyline my entire life. I have never once had a bad experience before this. Little does the owner know that one of my children (that he was soooooo bothered by) has been featured in Skyline advertising in the past! Also, I am good family friends with many of their very high-up executives! I made sure to get my receipt and get photos of the location… so I am now reaching out to everyone I know at Skyline corporate to report this man’s behavior. It’s unfortunate to say the least that he made us feel completely unwelcome and harassed us. He didn’t know he was messing with someone whose child has proudly been in Skyline advertising.Do NOT go to this Skyline location. There is another one very close by that is much more welcoming. Stay away from this place!!!

I've been a life long fan of skyline and now I can't eat it because they refuse to give you any chili. They give you mostly water. It's so watered down that it's literally soup. Owner claims to do it to save money. Oh and the kitchen is loaded with Roaches. I have a buddy that works there. I'll update with photos later. I am embarrassed to take anyone there that's from out of town so I recommend they don't eat skiline. Supposed to be Cincinnati chili but everyone that isn't from here roasts skiline on a open fire because you water board your chili.

I didn't think the red velvet cheesecake was worth over $6.
My rating is not towards any specific location. I don’t understand how anyone can eat this garbage. The chili is just a ground meat sauce that tastes like a salt block. The chili cheese coneys are cold and flavorless.

Everything is fine about this Skyline but unforgivable that they only give you one pack of crackers even after asking for them and ordering multiple items.

The place is clean, but that's about it. Not a single worker here has any urgency whatsoever. No onions on the three way, soggy fries and the smallest Greek salad I've ever had from skyline. It took forever compared to the other locations. Would not recommend this location.
