Probably the worst skyline location in Cincinnati. They short you on chili and cheese and can’t get an order right to save their lives.

Generally depending on staff for the night it can be hit or miss as far as serving size service and drink refills. There seems to be a shift of teens and a team of adults with some teens. The last few times the teen crew was to concerned with entertaining friends at the bar than the customer base how ever the adult crew is great food is consistently hot great quality and a clean place to eat

We had a great dinner at this Skyline! The door hours are incorrect, they dining room is open until 9pm. We arrived at 8:15 and saw the sign and were about to leave when a lady came outside to let us know they were open. We were the only indoor diners and the whole staff treated us like VIP! Our food came out seconds after ordering and each order was perfect despite being customized by us. Can't speak highly enough about the staff friendliness and hospitality. And of course the always excellent food at any Skyline location. 10/10.
Kid-friendliness: They take special care of the kids and make it a fun dining experience.
Dietary restrictions: They staff is knowledgeable about Celiac and Gluten allergies.
