Arrived at the drive-thru Sunday morning shortly after opening. We ordered and after 15 minutes, it was clear our order hadn’t been started. We went inside and found that our coneys hadn’t even begun to be made. In total, we waited 30 minutes for a very simple order. When we finally got home, the 3-way potato was extremely hard and clearly undercooked—I could barely get a fork through it. This was especially disappointing, given that there were no other customers and three employees working. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Food was amazing like always. Aaron came to the table to check up on us and he was an absolutely delighted. Store was super clean and the bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Service is fine. The buns have been stale all 3 times I've came So... tried this again today. This is what I got for a cup of chicken chili to go. They BARELY put any chili in this container. Although I realize it's the smallest that I orders they didn't even fill it half way!!! I love skyline and I just don't understand
