Ordered a large 3 way and usually I love Skyline but I asked for extra juicy but got mostly spaghetti and cheese and it was dry and very little chili this time.
I love Skyline and would usually rate it a 5 star but with it dry and mostly pasta and cheese I am taking it to 4 star.
Love Skyline still but was a little disappointed
Stopped in for breakfast and the food was pretty good overall. However, there was only one person running the entire place, which made service really slow. Even small things took a while. They could definitely improve by having more staff during breakfast hours. Still, the food made it worth the visit.
I dont know what's going on today but hard buns and overcooked hot dogs is not the norm
Large eat in area that’s great for a crowd. Skyline never disappoints. Fast and delicious.
Honestly, it wasn't that busy!
The food was just ok.
Service was good.
Most of the empty tables were dirty.
Quick courteous service with a smile. Food was excellent as always. Clean location. Would recommend.
Recently while using the drive thru window they keep getting my order wrong and handing me the wrong food or drinks.
Yummy 🤤 so good Great service at this one
Super place, the people who work there are nice
The drive through staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience. Great training and really good people.

The consistency of this Skyline’s portions can be hit or miss. Some coneys come with a generous heap of cheese that feels satisfying, while others barely get a sprinkle. It’s also the only location that charges extra for heavy onions. On the positive side, the drive-thru team is always friendly and professional.
This used to be one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati until they stopped putting chili on their ways. I don't mean zero, I mean not even close to enough to eat it the correct way. By the time I'm done, I'm left with a plate of noodles. It isn't just once, it's happened about 10 times. Tried putting extra chili and that didn't work either. It's so frustrating I'm considering not eating here any longer.
This doesn't seem to be nearly as big of a problem as when you eat inside, which of course if they messed it up you could just get more. I hope they figure it out.
Always great, and today was no exception!

It's your standard skyline experience but a little bit faster.

Let me just start off with this is probably the worst customer service i have experienced. the first thing they did when the production workers got my order is they pretended to SPIT in my food while they were cooking and two other workers laughed about it and ran to the back. and let me tell you that these workers that did this are MANAGERS. very immature and they don’t act their age. I saw the way they prepped their food and most of the employees don’t wear gloves. definitely would not recommend coming to this location. the employees are children and probably the most unprofessional human beings i have seen.
