Completely incompetent!! We ordered 3 chili burritos, 3way, 4 way and chili cheese fries. They screwed up everything but the cheese fries. They completely forgot the 3 burritos,( but definitely remembered to charge us for them). Went back and they acknowledged forgetting them and made them quickly. Got home to discover the bag that should have the crackers, onions and cheeses......just had crackers. So no cheese for a large 3way or large 4 way. Nothing like eating kroger cheese on food you paid full price for. I understand that accidents can happen, but you'd almost have to do this intentionally to screw everything up. We have had smaller issues with drive thru orders before, so this is enough for us to completely avoid this restaurant and their garbage service from now on. I recommend you avoid this place as well. You'll have much better luck with the store in Delhi.

Not to mention the bag of cheese broke and scattered everywhere. Then also only got 1 fork the first time.... WILD

Skyline Chili is my favorite restaurant. My wife and I spent a few days sightseeing in Cincinnati. She has never been to Cincy. She has never had Skyline Chili. I told here that you haven't been Cincy until you have their chili. I ordered us Cheese Coney dogs & a 5-way chili. She loved it. Our server was the best. She treated my wife like royalty. She gave her a newbie bowl of their chili to try before we ordered and she put a bib on her.

I give up on cheese coneys from any Skyline, as I may break a tooth on their hot dogs. So I ordered a 3 way and it looked like it was made yesterday. What is going on with the quality of food everywhere? I feel like we are under attack. Help!
This is the worst location… hands down. If you go thru the drive thru your order is wrong 100% of the time. Undercooked food. Just gross and super disappointing. I’m over it. I keep thinking maybe it’s just bad luck no I’ve had over 5-6 bad experiences this year so far. It’s unbelievable to be honest. I’d rather starve at this point. I’m sitting at home with the wrong order right now and I don’t feel like driving back. It’s ridiculous like how hard is it? God forbid these kids ever get important jobs in the future and make mistakes Jesus Christ man. Shut this hell hole down
