Great place, great food, wait staff recognizes my group and has no problem remembering our choices. I only didn't give this a perfect score as sometimes it gets very busy and they seem to have trouble with managing the extended area during those periods. Still kinda miss the old building but this was a definitely welcome and needed upgrade!
Great food and great service. Never had to wait for a table and the food comes out quickly!
Here is the only reason I gave THIS LOCATION 2 stars for food is that their hot dogs are always overcooked and snappy. No one wants a snappy cheese coney. Atmosphere gets 2 for their lack of music. Everything else is great!
Casual dining on an Ohio favorite. Wonderful service. Excellent food, good portions.
This renovation is now making blue ash skyline one of the best skylines in the Cincinnati area.
Staff was great and very kind.
Decent food. Horrendous wait times in the drive thru and they somehow managed to get my order wrong. Blue Ash Chili is literally 5 minutes away, serves better food and has better service.
Had to wait 6 minutes in the drive thru. The price on the board does not match the price I was given. When I questioned it, she gave me attitude.
Good service

Great food. Drive though is slow compared to other skylines. Fast if you go in to pick it up or when eating inside.

Unfortunately this skyline has started attempting to collect TIPs in the drive through. Also is not keeping large cups in order to attempt coursing customers into purchasing the NFL bangles cups.

Food is fine. Its skyline. Forcing drive thru customers to sign a tip reciept while staring at them before you give their food is not cool. This place is already expensive. I would tip if i came inside. I have empathy so i was esentially forced to give a tip i couldnt afford to give. Why do that to people? I wouldnt ha e come if i knew you were gonna do that and i already ordered the food so i couldnt back out.
Customer service needs improvement
The worst skyline in Cincinnati, the cook told me he has been there 17 years, but he still can't cook, my hotdogs on my coneys were still raw and the 4 way was cold.

Y'all owe me a coney. I flew in from Alaska today, I'm in town just once a year, and you guys screwed up my first dinner back.
First, if someone pulls up to the drive-thru and you're busy, acknowledge their existence and ask them to wait for a moment.
Second, if I have to repeat my simple order twice, it should be correct. The receipt is correct, but the coney is not. It would've been nice if the drive-thru person had checked the order. I tried my best to be polite despite being exhausted and I still got screwed over.
For the record, I've worked at a Skyline before (20 yrs ago) so I have all the empathy in the world, but this is really not that hard, you guys. Maybe the dine-in was busy, but there was no one ahead of me in the drive-thru.

A couple of months ago I had visited this skyline, as I always do because at the time I lived close. On many occasions a woman who looked like the wicked witch of the west but in a skyline uniform would take my order and be extremely rude. This same woman would than ask me if I wanted to leave a tip, I always said no. I do not know why this woman works for this establishment, that type of job is really for younger teens looking for some extra cash during school and the summer. Back to the old woman, this same woman than proceeded to put the lid of the large 3 way on loosely, when I had gotten home it spilled everywhere. This was many months ago. It's unfortunate to see this skyline practice weird business tactics, just hire prettier people that are not rude, and pay your workers better so they don't need to ask for tips at the drive through.
Thank you
