Food was not hot like it should have been. Chili was watery. Had to sopp up the water on the dish with 3 napkins and order a side of chili to make up for it. Asked for drink in a to go cup and it came to table in plastic cup. Server not very attentive, but was a nice young girl and still gave a nice tip. Never really had bad Skyline experience until I went to this one. Westside Skylines are much better! Clifton one on Ludlow is still the best!

The waitress who served us was very friendly and kind. My Greek salad and my 3-way chili were delicious. But what I liked most was the attention of Ms. Anita, who brought me hot water to mix with my sweet tea because I wanted something warm due to the cold weather. Thank you, Ms. Anita.

Friendly staff, quick food, great tasting food and pop. Pretty much everything you want from a Skyline or fast food in general.
Do not order from this location through Doordash. They have NOT FOLLOWED MY INSTRUCTIONS ON MY ORDERS THE LAST 3 TIMES! The 3 times that I have complained on the phone, they always say it's not their problem, contact Doordash. I recommend you pick up in person and check your bag before you leave. Adios Skyline.

Always been a big fan of Cincinnati chili and Skyline is just what I was expecting. We got coneys and a three-way. The place was clean, relatively quiet even though the Bears Bengals game was on and our waitress was super attentive. The only odd thing is that to get to the restaurants front door from the parking you have to cross the drive-through lane.

Everything about this location is different than you expect from Skyline.
Services and management have been terrible on my two visits.
All but ruined a birthday party the first time. Refused to have a party meal ready to go at open. And then took 30 mins after I arrived. I was the only one there it was for 20 children. Manager could have cared less.
Extreme 3 ways are served with 100% habanero cheese and not mixed like every other location. And they don’t tell you. God forbid you ask why and you’ll get a smart ass answer about franchises.
I’ll stick to Oakley.

Got a 4way, 5way,and Greek salad. Salad was marginal. Lettuce was not fresh, but salad was edible. The ways were lukewarm, had them make new ones. A little better but not hot enough to melt any of the cheese. The cheese looked strange. The shredds were curled and not straight, like it was warm when shredded. The chili, besides not hot, tasted watered down. The pasta tasted rubbery, may have been reheated, don't know. Already sent email to Skyline
