We eat here quite often. At least once a week, sometimes two times a week. Its always been delicious. However, our visit today was unacceptable. The chicken was still pink. I tried to call but didn't get an answer. The past few times we have gone there the diningroom has been closed due to staffing issues. So I get that the drive thru is backed up and you are in a hurry. But you still gotta cook the food all the way. That's dangerous.

This place took 22 minutes in the drive through. Then they totally messed up my order. A simple Buffalo chicken wrap w no ranch no fries ended up w extra ranch with fries. It was supposed to be grilled & ended up fried. Complete butcher of my order. My son ordered the same thing & exact same screw up. Not sure the order taker wasn't high. Will never go back

Chicken was great, not really any healthy side options but it is fried chicken so most probably not looking for healthy. Wish there was substitute for fried bread that comes with the meal.

Place was having a bad day. No dining room. Presumably not enough people to bring orders out so we waited in drive thru a half hour to pick up an online order. Food was good though.

Came here while traveling and wanted a more "local" fast food. The service was very fast and friendly and the food was good. The wings are a good size and the tenders are nice and crunchy. The big hit of the day however was the jar desserts served in an actual glass jar even when you get it to go. We all got the heath brownie ones and loved it

good chicken but a Lil pricey bad choice ordering BBQ chicken burrito..rubbery tortilla and over sauced..however, they have the best fried mushrooms I've ever had drive thru was friendly but we didn't receive all of our items and had to go back thru

Just wow! The grilled chicken wrap was on point...don't get me started about the fried okra- to die for!
Ordered delivery through Grubhub. At one point after I ordered, I received a notification that my order would arrive about 25 minutes after the initial projected time. But it seems like the employees stepped it up, and I received my order at the initial projected time! The crispy chicken sandwich is one of the best around, and the fries are very well seasoned!

Tasty food, usually good service, but one time, the guy who should have been managing the registers and taking orders was on the phone and we waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone even looked to see if there were any customers. By this time, there was a line behind us. I know many businesses are short-staffed these days, but keeping an eye on the lobby is extremely important. Nobody even said, "We'll be right there" although the woman at the drive thru window saw what was happening and glared at the man on the phone quite a few times. For him to stay in full sight while ignoring customers was ridiculous, even if he was having an intense conversation. When a very nice young man came out, apologized for the wait and took our orders, the man on the phone disappeared from sight, which was fine with us.
