Carly and Rineesa are great! AND they know their product! They are sweet and happy to guide you thru finding out what type of smoothie you want.

The only thing to improve is making sure the store is open @7am or adjust posted hours.

Many bad experiences at this location, from inaccurate orders, to not being open during posted hours, even accepting online orders being placed, getting charged, and then the store being closed and not getting what I paid for. These are just some of the issues with this location, they go beyond this. We love smoothie king. But have to reconsider due to repeated horrible experiences here at this location.

Unfortunately, there was a young man there learning. It was his second day. He was kind however there were three other girls there working they did nothing to offer him help to teach him what to do. I am very disappointed.

I come here often and always get the same thing-Peanut Power Plus Strawberry with energy boost. Today was the second time in a row my smoothie is definitely not peanut power plus. I’m beginning to wonder if they even put any protein in or peanut butter as it only taste like a strawberry smoothie- no thickness like normal or protein powder taste. Taste is strictly strawberry. Too expensive to not get the proper smoothie you expect and sad that I wasted my lunch on this again. I also paid extra for the energy boost which was not added (iykyk) lol- when I get energy boost- urine is almost neon for hours following the added vitamins lol and absolutely nothing today!

The staff is friendly, place is clean, I've enjoyed most of my visits.I usually enjoy the drinks, typically they're thick and flavorful. As a warning, don't bother with the pumpkin variety if you enjoy pumpkin flavor, because their drinks are devoid of it.I tried the pumpkin smoothie with pumpkin, pumpkin spice, almonds, dates, and stevia. It may or may not have had an oatmeal milk base.I asked to replace the dates with banana and add ginger. The large cost $13 after a small tip.I'm really disappointed. I don't taste ginger or banana, but I get a slight ginger burn at the back of the throat. I've gotten ginger in other drinks and could always taste it. The drink is the texture of a watered down snow cone, no pumpkin flavor and VERY mild pumpkin spice flavor. When melted, it seems to have nothing more than almond. Basically, I'm drinking a flavorless slushee with almond lumps and a slight ginger burn. It's advertised as "rich" in flavor, which it isn't. I barely taste the banana, and it's definitely too watery to have any more than the tiniest serving of pumpkin or Banana, if any at all.I would go back and ask for a different drink, but the wait was really long to begin with due to "staff shortage"

Took 30 minutes for 1 smoothie. Workers were slow. The smoothie was watery and bland. Considering I get the same smoothie at the one close to my home weekly I know what it should taste like. It tastes nothing like it should. I’m very disappointed. Reminds me of tropical smoothie cafe ? waste of money and time. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

Just curious on when yall actually close? Showed up over a hour before yall closed and the doors were locked and workers were still inside?

Went in at 8.30 and guy couldn’t explain why they closed early.. tired of people hating their job and slacking; don’t like the job and answer rude? Quit it ma man nobody forced you. Ridiculous to close at 8.30 while 4 people kept on coming still and his answer was we are closed very rudely…

Keto Smoothie was delicious. Staff was polite and friendly.
