Got a chocolate brownie blast with hot fudge and it really left something to be desired. I specifically added the fudge for an extra charge so that it would turn the vanilla ice cream more of a chocolate ice cream base and it didn't. It seems like they added hardly any chocolate fudge to it. There were literally three tiny little bites of brownie in the entire thing. It was mainly just a vanilla soft serve with thin little shards of chocolate chip mixed throughout. Definitely not worth the price and very disappointed

Went through the drive thru tonight was rushed the whole time we tried to order and got rock hard tator tots and soggy onion rings. Absolutely ridiculous if your that lazy and give us tator tots that have been obviously sitting in a warmer for HOURS and soggy onion rings to a customer you don’t need a job there.

I went to the carhop and they delivered so fast the boy who brought our food his name was Jayden and he was super friendly and served a really good meal with a smile! I really appreciate sonic and Their workers always smiling and good service

I went on an outing today with some of our Day Program Individuals and I was astonished at the Upmost level of respect, patience, and kindness they showed my friends today🥹 They went above and beyond customer service to make sure everything went well for them! Thank you so much!! I would 10/10 recommend if anyone is looking for a very friendly (and delicious😋) fast food establishment😊

We frequent Sonic, bc its the closest to our house. However, they've gone downhill in the last year or so. Messing up orders, food not warm, etc. Staff is always friendly though. Just double check your order before you leave.

Everytime we ordered the soft pretzel twist with cheese, they never put the cheese in the bag. The mic and speaker on drive thru is not very good. It's broken up. The order display is not readable.
