Was quick and fresh!

Everytime we ordered the soft pretzel twist with cheese, they never put the cheese in the bag.
The mic and speaker on drive thru is not very good. It's broken up.
The order display is not readable.

Went last night and ordered 3 small shakes. One strawberry, one chocolate and one vanilla. We waited forever to get them, well much longer than we normally would. When we finally received them the employee, the employee apologized for the shakes being so runny. When we actually drank them, the vanilla was ok, but we threw out the chocolate and strawberry. The chocolate shake was like drinking chocolate milk. Just like there was no ice cream mix or very little. We won’t be back for a while. Wish they would have just apologized and said their machine wasn’t working correct and refunded us.

Literally asked for a peach slush and a pink flamingo (sprite, cherry vanilla, cream) and the cashier said something and when I said excuse me because I couldn't hear her she said nothing and it was awkward silence for over a minute. She then asked if there was anything else. I said no just the two drinks. She tells me to pull forward. Only gave me the slush. It's over 100 degrees I also wanted my drink.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake with Oreos and received a plain vanilla milkshake, and also ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake that barely tasted of strawberries. Asked for a refund from the manager, and the manager said I had to use the app. The app says that to get a refund, I have to talk to the manager. I'm stuck in an endless loop with no way to get a refund, seemingly by design. It's not the fault of the people working in the store, but a corporate issue where the goal is making the refund process so obtuse that people give up.

Your chocolate milkshakes went from very good to having 2 bad milkshakes in a row. One was not edible at all and the second one was better than the other but still not that great and both didn't taste much chocolate at all.
