Your chocolate milkshakes went from very good to having 2 bad milkshakes in a row. One was not edible at all and the second one was better than the other but still not that great and both didn't taste much chocolate at all.

Took forever to bring my food out, even though I used the app they marked it "on the way" still had to wait 15 minutes after that. They finally bring it out and the milkshake is melted and they give me none of the sauce I ordered.

I love Sonic, mostly for the way you order, which makes me feel like I'm eating and going to a drive in movie love there food but I gave service 4 stars because sometimes it takes a while to get food but will be a repeat customer
You picked up a couple frozen drinks late at night drive-thru girl handed us a spoon I asked for a straw she told me I couldn't drink it with do a straw. I told her I still wanted a straw she was very rude shove them out the window I made comments actually shut the window second bad experience I've had it this restaurant
