I love picking up my order in the mornings here. Staff always welcome me, my order is ready and made correctly. It feels cliche but it really is part of the Americana vibe before work and getting your coffee like in the movies. I love this location.

50% of the workers are great and the other half are oblivious. And I know it gets busy in the morning but please tell the little girl handing out the coffees to stop grabbing them by the lid. If she wants to do that maybe gloves could be worn.

I order through DoorDash, my job is close to the store but I can’t ever get there before work. Everytime I order through door dash my drinks are never made correctly. I don’t even want to order through them anymore bc it’s just such an inconvenience. I’m wasting my money bc the baristas are too lazy and won’t actually make the correct order.
Edit: this isn’t on DoorDash, this is on you and your employees. I shouldn’t have to deal with getting a refund through them, I should be able to enjoy my drink. Where it needs to start is you telling your employees to actually do the job you pay them to do. Thanks!

The bathroom is disgusting. With that many people working you would figure they would be able to go clean it.
The staff is wonderful; their communication is excellent, and they make a great brew. You can't go wrong.

The only Starbucks remotely close to me I can get a correctly made Cafe mocha. They have actual baristas here not just drink pourers like at the location near me.
I drive 20 minutes there to get a decent drink. When the Colerain location is 2 minutes from my house. Don't go to Colerain location. Absolutely terrible
