Put it on the sign that this is a pick up location only. I walked in the door, asked for a menu and got a Barista with a snooty attitude instead... Do you want to sell coffee? They did make coffee, but this is the dumbest remodel I've ever seen, in one of the highest traffic count locations in this city. Whatever dunce led this doesn't have a clue about marketing.

this is the most absurd idea. my starbucks app won't log in so even though i have a credit card and cash and they have the means to make drinks, i can't place an order - i have to download the unusable starbucks app. no one in this place even bothered to greet us when we walked in. starbucks is generally pretty mediocre as it is but holy god. obnoxiously loud music. why bother
