I come to this Starbucks inside Krogers at 4477 Kenard Ave. Cincinnati Ohio, almost every morning between 6am-7am and, this was one of the WORST! places to get coffee from. The staff here have poor customer service they’re not friend or welcoming and, are unbelievably slow with no sense of urgency for the customers. They’re never prepared or have a full inventory of products and, the employees don’t know anything about the services that Starbucks offers. I asked for assistance...
This team did amazing! The batista who took my order even asked how to spell my name and that's the first time it's been right on a cup in a long time! My somewhat complex order was made perfectly and the batista communicated with me the entire time to ensure it was perfect! Awesome job!
