Kev made my day at 6:45am! Besides the service being fast and precise from the entire staff; Kev greets and treats you like an old friend (BE NICE TO HIM)! Such a refreshing interaction on a brisk fall morning!

Hi I’m writing this to let u guys know that this morning I ordered a drink with ice and went there to pick it up ,u guys made me a hot one instead so I asked for a different one that supposed to come with ice then the older lady gave me a bad attitude n made a seen in front of many people which I don’t really appreciate. She even told me to make sure I do it right next time in a bad attitude way. The writing is on the drink too. Not appropriated n real bad service. Not sure if I want to go back there again.
They do a great job, especially during busy mornings. The staff are pleasant and efficient.

However, I’d say the 1 bad experience I had was kind of my fault lol 😅🥲 it was my first time there BY MYSELF. I didn’t know how they operated in the cafe. I was waiting so long, whole time my iced coffee was at the pick up counter. So now I only go thru the drive thru lol 😂
Other than that my order is always right ☺️ usually it’s a line- when I go- never that long of a wait, but I mean ofc you’re gonna wait for your coffee ☕️😌

Ordered an iced coffee and more than half of it was cream. Consistent for this location, I recommend going to the Hyde Park location, or the one on Kennedy/Madison.

It is the absolute worst experience every single time I make the regretful decision to go here. By and far the worst coffee shop in the area operationally, no order is ever correct, the service is horrific, the orders take extremely long to receive and they are still wrong. The last two times I have gone here to pick up a mobile order o have had to wait between 15-30 additional minutes in store just to be handed a screwed up order. What a rip off and waste of time and money.

Update: its a mostly new morning staff and this group is not as friendly or welcoming. Service is slow. Not my favorite anymore. I miss the old crew.
Old review: I visit this Starbucks almost daily early in the morning. Typically the same group of people working together. Probably one of the best teams. They treat me well. The do sometimes run behind, but I can tell they work diligently to get orders out. They are usually very fast! I appreciate all their hard work.

I only went there because I received a free gift card. I ordered and bacon egg and gouda cheese sandwich which was hot but bland. I could've made that at home for the price. I also tried that new pecan cold drink and that was totally disgusting. Plus they took forever making it. I had gotten my sandwich and finished it while I waited for the drink and still didn't get it until maybe 7 more minutes afterwards. I won't be going there anymore. The best thing about the entire experience was the handsome older black guy that took my order. He was very pleasant ☺️

I felt personally attacked and discriminated against one of the employees here, as a POC, I should not feel that my race is a problem in a COFFEE SHOP of all places. I am here to get my drink and get out, not to receive glares and overhear racial comments about my skin color… I forget the name of the one who was making me feel less about myself but I remember it starting with an L and an E or something like that. It was a guy and a girl and I probably will not be coming back or letting my other POC friends and family come to this Starbucks unless something is done. This is unacceptable

I ran in 6 minutes before closing to order drinks for myself and my co-workers at the hospital. Lucas was very nice and did not seem to be upset that he was going to be making 5 drinks right before closing when most items were already washed and put away. He also held the door for me as I was leaving with all of the drinks. I appreciate his positive attitude and behavior! The drinks were made perfectly as well!
