Very clean, quiet, and most convenient hours. The two gentleman were very polite and respectful! Although I didn’t feel my best they made me feel perfect.

I ran in 6 minutes before closing to order drinks for myself and my co-workers at the hospital. Lucas was very nice and did not seem to be upset that he was going to be making 5 drinks right before closing when most items were already washed and put away. He also held the door for me as I was leaving with all of the drinks. I appreciate his positive attitude and behavior! The drinks were made perfectly as well!

Cris the manager resolved my issue by replacing my matcha for free since they forgot to add my Carmel crunch topping and not only that, she gave me a 8$ gift card for next time! Although I left disappointed due to my drink being made wrong today (and 2x previously the weeks before as well) , cris managed to keep me as a customer and go above and beyond to make the customer happy! Its all about communication and cooperation! Way to resolve a situation!

The barista was struggling to handle all the orders and when the manager came to help, he didn't know what he was doing either. I could not understand him when trying to order. He talked so quiet when it was already so loud in the building. Then he got frustrated with me. The ladies were super nice but the manager, an older guy, appeared to not know anything about coffee or customer service. My drink was good atleast, but my main complaint is the management.

I came here to get my birthday reward and was rushed explaining what I wanted. The manager rushed the man taking my order. Poor customer service. This is my second time at this location and dealing with this. I gave them a second chance I will not be back here.

So why did they change the dress code? The new dress code looks like your getting ready for a funeral. Im going to miss the upbeat dress code and even around the holidays they would dress up for that season. Its a shame that the dress code has changed, it might change someone's mind and they might not come back. Horrible idea to change dress code. STARBUCKS DO BETTER.

Motivating Vision

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been in! First- the cashier either couldn’t hear over the loud music or was new and nervous she rang my order up wrong twice! I go to Starbucks 4x a week and so I know what I am ordering & how to order, She for some reason was trying to explain my order to me & sizes I’m looking confused like what is happening right now! I had to say I order this daily just not at this location! She then put my name wrong on my order! Which I didn’t appreciate because I actually spelled my name and it was only 3 letters. Second I love a nice smooth sweet Vanilla cold brew! The easiest drink on the menu! Lord knows I love cold brew! When I say this was the worst Vanilla cream cold brew I ever had I mean that with my soul! I couldn’t even drink it I tossed it out! That was my first and last time going to that Starbucks! Maybe it’s a sign to go back to Dunkin’ even McDonald’s ice coffee tasted better than what I received! Do better Madison Rd! 0/10 on my experience.

I visited this store on April 17 around 10:20 AM, and I witnessed a very upsetting interaction. A barista named John was being rude and repeatedly harassing a customer simply because they weren’t ready to place their order yet. He kept telling the customer to “keep going” and “you’re not welcome here,” which felt like an abuse of policy and completely uncalled for — especially since the customer did end up buying a drink.

The customer tried to speak with the team leader, Lukas, but nothing was done. I’ve noticed similar issues on previous visits in the morning. The management seems disorganized, and the atmosphere feels unwelcoming. In my opinion, Jhon’s behavior was inappropriate, prejudiced, and unprofessional. He should be held accountable.
