the girls here know what they're doin.they remember my drink they never get anything wrong and if they did they would rectify the mistake immediately. the only reason I don't always go here is because they don't always participate with the deals starbucks has which they don't have to. the other starbucks on colerain by 275 always finds a way to mess up my 7$ coffee and never makes it right. always a problem. and they have yet to rectify anything. oh well never going there again

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. You had two girls and a guy. Only one girl was working who clearly didn’t know what she was doing and the other two gossiping. The red head was dropping f bombs with kids in the waiting area. I got a vanilla frappe with no flavor and just straight ice. Waited 25 mins as well.

Drive thru was busy. I went inside and a young lady assisted me at the register. I believe she may be a newer associate. She had another associate behind her periodically overseeing the transactions. I'd like to recognize the team there as they had a busy drive thru, I over heard them say 12 orders had just come through and there were several customers inside. They all kept a calm demeanor and tried to get the orders out as soon as they could! I recognize your efforts. Great job!

Very inconsistent coffee, but usually pretty good. Very disappointed with raw, half cooked bacon on my breakfast sandwiches. Have had to throw half of them out! Tried to call them to correct this, but get a Texas number where no one answers? I recommend Dunkin!

Little ragged, but love this location & people. CAN still redeem 150 stars for free beverage and carts all have dual cupholders!DOWNSIDES: Bakery/food will COST YOU TRIPLE STARS (at least)! It's 150 stars instead of normal 50.CANNOT redeem free bonus items (from game rewards,birthday item, etc), even with the barcode.CANNOT use 400 stars to buy any Starbucks merch like in standalone Starbucks.Lastly, if you use stars to redeem a free drink, but then add extras (like espresso shot), CANNOT just redeem the additional 50 stars. Any "extras" will cost you cash and the 150 stars. That said, this store gets me to Target, and Target gets me to this store. Usually still my 1st choice. Worth the trip.And FYI, don't try coming first or last thing, they likely won't be set up yet or they will be breaking it down, so gap your time.
