At time my brownie was already cold. I travel to alot of different starbucks as I travel for work. One of the worst starbucks for timing that I have been to. I normally tip at least a $1 every time but I will no longer be tipping at this starbucks ever.

Exceptional Service That Truly Made My Day
I stopped by the Starbucks on Kenwood Road this morning needing coffee badly—but what I received was so much more than caffeine. Crystal’s energy was so positive that I could literally hear it through the drive-thru intercom while the car in front of me was ordering. That alone told me this was going to be a great experience.
When it was my turn, I told her I could feel her amazing energy and that I needed a shot of that to wake me up. She greeted me with genuine warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm, took my order for a caramel macchiato, and made the entire interaction feel personal and uplifting—not rushed or transactional.
When I asked for her name so I could leave a review, her response truly stayed with me. She said, “The world is already hard and tough—my job is to be kind and make people have an amazing experience.” That statement alone speaks volumes about who she is and the heart she brings to her work.
Crystal is the definition of what exceptional customer service looks like. She doesn’t just serve coffee—she creates moments, lifts spirits, and reminds people that kindness still exists. Starbucks is incredibly lucky to have her, and I hope she knows how impactful her presence is. Thank you, Crystal, for making my morning brighter and my day better. ☕✨

This place is always busy if you’re in the app it’s listed as the kenwood location. Please avoid it if possible it takes way too long it’s a Tuesday at 230 p and there’s over 7 cars in the drive through. I can’t do this anymore.

i had such a rough day, so i stopped by starbucks just hoping for a little caffeine and peace of mind. the baristas absolutely went above and beyond; they wrote the sweetest, most encouraging messages on my drink and food bag, and it genuinely turned my whole day around. like, i almost cried right there at the counter. 🥹 the people working in the stores are truly the heart of this company, and they deserve the world for how much care they put into what they do.
that being said, it’s honestly sad how amazing the baristas are while the ceo and corporate side have been awful lately. the workers are the ones carrying this brand on their backs, and they deserve so much more credit (and better treatment). huge love to the store team though, y’all are the reason people keep coming back. 💚

I had to pick up a huge catering order on behalf of my boss. He accidentally set it for a later time than we needed and they rushed make sure it was ready in time and were super kind about our companies mistake.
This is a great Starbucks! The staff was rocking the Beasty Boys and having fun. Everyone of them said hi when I entered and everyone of them was courteous. Service was fast and correct.

One of the worse ones. They don’t keep stocked and they move slow in line. If you go to the speaker and wait in drive through they don’t even assure you the speaker is working like one moment please. So your left to think is something wrong.
Drive thru wait is horrible! I will never come back to this location. This store should be an “in-store” location only.

Went through the drive through today and was greeted at the speaker with a kind and excited voice and we went up to the window and the girl was sooo sweet. We got our food really fast and it was refreshing to be spoken to kindly in a world where many fast food employees are not very kind. She really put a smile on my face today 😊

My fave Starbucks because of the messages they write on the cups. Today mine said Just Keep Going 💓
Came through the drive through and Crystal was the voice on the other end. She was so personable and friendly. She made the experience so positive and engaging. She made small talk and jokes and really made you feel like you were her only customer and it was during a time the drive through was extremely busy and the wait time was very long. I will definitely be returning and it’s because of her!

Drove through & the guy at the window was really lovely. Our coffee came out very fast and very hot. We've been driving from texas & stopped at a lot of Starbucks. This has been one of the better ones!

I have to give a huge shoot out to Crystal/Krystal working drive thru at this location on Wednesday April 23, approximately noon! She is by far the kindest most enthusiastic batista i have EVER encountered at any starbucks location ANYWHERE!!!!! She was a bubbly, delightful, kind human and i am very grateful for her!!!
