My husband went to pick up coffee that I had order and when he tasted his coffee it was pure water and had no taste, he went back and told them and one of the baristas said it probably just needs whip cream, another barista heard and said no it truly has no flavor! Instead of making it freshly new the barista just dumped some coffee and added more!! If you call to tell them what happened they just tell you well come back and we will fixed it for you, yeah I have other things to do instead of coming back to pick up a coffee that should have been made right the first time!!

It's extremely bizarre to me that Starbucks closed this location temporarily, remodeled it, and now there is no seating and no restrooms.

Yesterday morning bright and early 6:10 am I decided to treat my self to a chai tea latte from the Kenwood Rd location across from the mall. Took 10 mins from time of order to get it. Drove to work, got settled and took a drink to find it had coffee in it! So went back to the store, went inside and had it remade. This is not the first time I've had issues with this store. I sent an email to Starbucks and even though I sent a pic of the sticker on the cup which has the order details because I paid cash (gasp, who does that anymore!) and I don't have a Starbucks card (another gasp) there is no proof of purchase and they won't offer anything. That's ok ...Panera has a delicious chai tea latte and it's cheaper!
Update...so Starbucks reply was to contact them...um I already did, see above!

This Starbucks is arguably the most consistent. The staff is overall nice too. There’s a newer girl (maybe idk) with blonde-ish hair & tattoos and she’s just so pleasant/kind. Also, the manager is always greeting people.

They were busy but remained efficient, the training barista was very sweet and the shift supervisor who helped us was very nice and patient. Highly recommend!

This is a comment on the location of the order window. Don't come to this store’s drive-thru when its raining. There is no cover over the ordering box and you'll get wet. Rain just pours right into your car window. I'll never come here again when it’s raining.

Terrible ordering in person. Staff was rude. No one told me my order was ready. They ignored me and were put out when I asked for milk and sugar, which were behind the counter rather than available in the usual way. When I walked it, it was as if I had barged in to someone’s living room.

I was trapped in the drive-through for over 45 minutes. The manager named Jordan was combative and only wanted to fight. I think if she wants to fight this much perhaps she could look into a career at the Waffle House. Obviously no one here cares. Not only am I never coming back to this location, I’m avoiding anything that has the Starbucks brand on it.
