Called to ask about a specific release of cups and the first lady I spoke too couldn’t understand anything I was saying and kept bringing up a total different set of cups that I wasn’t asking about and kept speaking over me…asked to speak to someone else and when I asked the next person she came off extremely rude and had an attitude when I asked if they had the specific cup I wanted that had STRAW TOPPERS and she proceeded to say “there’s no such thing as a cup with those toppers starbucks doesn’t make those” and I told her they are actually released in the ad and she continued to argue with me over the phone saying they don’t exist and eventually hung up. This location has rude employees and it always seems like an inconvenience to them when a question is asked. This Kroger Starbucks needs new employees.

Tayla, an employee I’ve yet to meet at this Starbucks so far, was extremely rude this morning. Very inconvenienced to be serving/speaking/working? Everyone else I’ve ordered with here has been lovely. I’m a newer customer to the area. I left feeling a burden.

Never been to harpers Krogers starbucks before but pass it all the time! ? From what I’ve observed the staff are friendly & there’s a little area to sit and have your drink or snack! Also there’s a little stand to buy Starbucks products! I’m tempted to try this out myself and have a hot chocolate! Or two! Lol!

Over rated
I just had the worst service experience in recent memory there this morning. I went in an ordered two hot coffee products and a bacon/sausage wrap. I waited a little over ten minutes and had to ask when it would be done. When i did so they said they didnt have the wraps and what else did i want. I calmly asked why she didnt tell me 10 minutes prior and the young lady said she forgot to check. I am a 100% disabled vet and recently had dental surgery to correct chronic teeth grinding from nightmares therefore i cant eat chewy food or bread without pain. I told her i would just like my money back. Her manager Amber came over and said "you can just leave if you want to be rude!". I literally couldnt believe it. All i wsnted was my money back and to know why they sold me something they didnt have and act like i had done somethjng wrong..she literally said " here i have a frozen one eat that"...she refused to refund my money and told me to go to customer service and tell them Amber was the one who told me..so not only did she insult me for her failure to manage a store and provide the advertised product she SOLD, she then insulted and embarrassed me by making a scene. I was treated like garbage and all i wanted was what i paid for or my koney back and to be treated with respect. The other young lady was courteous throughout and I feel sorry for the enviroment Kroger and Starbucks are having her work in. Do better fr

Super slow! Super slow! An extremely small portion of beverage that was too expensive! Time to find a new coffee shop! Others in line were very upset at lack of speed and overwhelming expense!

Day after Christmas, came in they were super slow, they just finished checking someone out. And told me to wait, to be checked out. With 2 employees there, I felt like this was very rude. And they didn’t wanna sell me coffee? For what reason I’d like to know

Starbucks has a limited staff. It seems the kids there try hardI am not impressed with their coffee and many times they don't even have fresh brewedI find this intolerable when that is their main purpose.The light Expresso is awesome.
