DoorDashed a STEAMED HOT lavender latte and received an iced lavender latte. Was really looking forward to this coffee to kickstart my busy Sunday and now I have cold watered down crap.

This location doesn’t have seating so you have to stand in order to drink your coffee. And they also don’t have a restroom. Doesn’t really feel like how a Starbucks is supposed to. The only plus is fast and friendly service.

Not impressed. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. I stood in the store for 15 minutes before anyone greeted the line at the register, only to tell everyone the wait was over 45 minutes. I only wanted a brewed coffee, however ZERO coffee was even brewed. None. A coffee shop with no coffee, imagine that. Terrible service.
