Not impressed. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in. I stood in the store for 15 minutes before anyone greeted the line at the register, only to tell everyone the wait was over 45 minutes. I only wanted a brewed coffee, however ZERO coffee was even brewed. None. A coffee shop with no coffee, imagine that. Terrible service.

Staff not friendly,webt few weeks back and the staff working at time had great people skills went today and staff unattentive and atmosphere had lot of negative energy would not recommend staff today to work for a street vendor.
Went here 2x in 2 days both times my order was wrong, both times the employees were rude about fixing it .

It just wasn't a great experience. They didn't make either of my drinks right. When I told them they didn't taste good, I got push back. I informed them it wasn't sweet and asked them to add sweetener and they told me what the ingredients were like I wasn't allowed to ask for additional sweetener. The 2nd time it was made correctly but it felt like pulling teeth to be satisfied with the coffee. Oh and starbucks has THE WORST HOT CHOCOLATE. It doesn't matter what store I go to, it's not good.
