Ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with pumpkin foam.It had dairy milk. The girls could have cared less how they were making drinks.So much for my $8 dairy free drink. And no one to call to remedy the situation.

Waited at least 30 minutes in line. When we finally got to the window it took her at least 5 minutes to hand us our drinks. This would have been fine if they were actively making them, but the drinks were sweaty and the ice was melted, so clearly they had been sitting there already made. I get being busy, but being efficient with drinks when they're already made will get more customers out of the store/line.

Slow, slow , slow30 mins on a mobile order that was estimated to take 6 mins.I expect it to be busy at the mall but that is pretty ridiculous

Nice employees, but service was slow, and part of my order was wrong. It took nearly 25 minutes for my drink to come out. I'm not sure if it's the current labor shortage or a lack of proper training (I suspect it may be a combination of the two as I used to work at Starbucks myself). The barista was really sweet and apologized for the long wait, which was a nice gesture. Not a bad experience overall, but I'm not sure whether I'd come back to this location or not.
