I come here every single morning and have had several issues with drink quality and the professionalism of a few baristas but in particular a shift supervisor who was attempted to pass herself off as the store supervisor. Today I waited in line for roughly 10-15 minutes. Which is never an issue for me. I pulled to the speaker and gave my name 3 times for a mobile order after being rudely told to speak up, in saying my name louder I was told they had it. When getting to the window I was told they did not have it, by my mistake it went to another a Starbucks. The shift supervisor stated she was the store manager and told me she would not be making my drink or I could go through the line all over again to get my drink made. I am confused as to the standards changing. I used to be a shift supervisor at Starbucks and if at the speaker we did not have a persons drink we would ask what the drink was and have it ready for them at the window. Needless to say I will not return to this Starbucks. And I should begin re-thinking if I should be going to Starbucks in general after this left a bad taste. Again I know it was my mistake for where I placed my order however if this was stated to me at the ordering screen I wouldn’t have been upset after waiting in line 10-15 minutes for my drink.

If the bathroom has a handle that you have to touch to open, please for the love of God, provide paper towels in bathroom.
Generally, this Starbucks location is pretty much like other Starbucks locations. Except at night, that is.
This location routinely closes earlier than the 9 p.m. close time that's noted everywhere. Today I swung by the drive-thru at 8:50. The drive-thru menu lights were on and people were sipping inside. But when I reached the speaker, an automatic voice told me the store was closed. There were zero indications this was the case.
To make matters worse, I and several others had to stay in the drive-thru line while baristas filled what could have been their final order. Because of the way the drive-thru was designed, there was no way to exit the line.
This location always is difficult to know if it's open or not. If you approach from Target/Kroger, etc, the building's Starbucks sign (the letters near the roof) are never illuminated. The windows also are pretty dark.
When I actually am able to order, my tea typically is accurate and hot, and the baristas are fine.
But the dead sign, dark windows and no-notice hours make it hard to know if it's open or closed, so I can't justify bothering to come here unless I'm desperate.

Note to management: your bratty employees literally spread pain instead of joy, every single day, to hundreds of people. It’s so simple as someone in customer service to make someone else’s day better…or worse. Your employees choose to do the opposite. Read your reviews. It’s full of complaints about customer service and these are just tiny glimpses into the problem. I come to this location multiple times a week because it’s so close and has a drive thru and half the time my drink is wrong anyway. But what’s worse is that your employees are so checked out and rude. Please get it together. This location is so convenient, please get your employees to at minimum be kind and make the drinks right. The bar is so low!!

The place is spacious. I am from KC and I think the staff needs a little more energy and practice to smile. Starbucks is known for its engagement with customers. Didn't see it here at this location. The drink was no different than what I usually get from any other location across the country.

I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks because the baristas are genuinely awesome and always do their best. However, I recently learned something very disappointing about how management treats the employees here. The baristas don’t even have access to a microwave in the store… a basic need for anyone working long shifts.
From what I was told, the team has requested this multiple times, even offering to clean it themselves, but their manager, Suzy, has repeatedly denied them. It’s frustrating to see hardworking employees treated this way when the solution is so simple.
I’ve reported this concern to corporate, and I hope Starbucks as a company will step up and provide basic rights and support for the staff. The baristas deserve better!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they first opened. I don’t know why all of a sudden within these last couple of months that I’ve been going, my drinks have been poorly made. I get the same thing every time, and they mess it up every time! I haven’t complained until recently because I understand they are busy bees and have to get orders in and out as efficiently as possible but quality matters as well. I will never be coming back to this location again, they’re terrible
Every time I go to this Starbucks the employees act like I am doing them a disservice by ordering my coffee. Today I wanted just a water and coffee and was rudely told that I had to make a purchase to get water. After saying I was going to make a purchase, I was again rudely asked well what is your purchase then? I’m sorry, but I feel that it is okay to ask for water and then your coffee!!! I didn’t know it was such a big deal! Yikes! Listen I get it if it’s a rough day but I was taken aback by the rude tone of voice after I was just trying to order. This is not my first experience with rude service at this drive thru. beware!!! (However if you go inside they are very lovely from my experience!) in my 22 years of life I’ve never felt the need to make a review and as a previous barista, I can get that it’s hard sometimes. However, the continuous aggression to someone who’s just trying to start their day with a coffee is getting to be ridiculous. Have a lovely day everyone! Stay far away from this Starbucks!!!
