This Starbucks is very hit or miss. Some days they do a great job. Other days they are horrible! Today, it took 31 minutes to make an Americano. Yesterday, I had everything in a matter of three minutes. I have had to take drinks back several times because they’re just not right. They seem to be always treating someone and putting them on barista duty from day one. Many times, I have seen the barista’s not make full syrup pumps when putting a drink together. As for inconsistency, that is usually the main cause. They need to keep the talented baristas putting drinks together. I also need another espresso machine.
I ordered coffee and oatmeal. I was given uncooked oatmeal. Had to turn back around to have them fix it. She then took it amd added too much liquid, and it was like soup... very disappointed in service 😒 no sincere apology given just rude looks.
A little too much echo, but nice staff & very a nice place to be.
They are fast more often than not but lately I feel like they have to have had a staff switch. It’s painfully slow even when not busy. They also leave multiple trash bags and broken equipment sitting outside the back door for hours and sometimes days that drive thru passes by. I’ll let them work this out for awhile and go to one of the many other locations.
The morning crew here is amazing, always so attentive, great service, and quick. Coming here in the evening (at least these past few months) hasn’t been the best experience. Incorrect orders, closing early, long waits and lines.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond with my order. Handled a grumpy customer with grace. Solid location.

Update: 2 I called a sister location, to verify if cold foam came on this drink. They were extremely helpful and caring and listened to my concerns. If you can go to the Beechmont location. I would they listen and care and confirmed to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Horrible experience here today. I always come to this location and I felt like today was the worse experience I have ever had. I’ve been in a hospice bed for 24 hours for 3 nights straight with my grandma. I come there to get my coffee which I have order 11 times on my app (I counted). This coffee is literally what I needed to get through my day. I just wanted to pick up and go. I get my drink and notice there is no cold foam on it. I tell the gentleman hey there’s no cold foam (I have ordered this drink 11 times) and he says there’s no cold foam on it. I said yes there is. The picture on like the app has cold foam and when you customize you can’t add cold foam bc cold foam is already on it. He storms to the computer to look just to prove me wrong when I know I right and says there’s system doesn’t recognize this. I am wondering whose fault is this bc I know it’s not mine. I was so embarrassed. There was no apology for this. This completely ruined my day as if my week hasn’t been ruined. I will not be going back to this location. Adding a picture of this as well. I truly am just in disbelief of the disrespect I had received. It truly means the world to someone when kindness is shared. I don’t think this location has any. If the workers don’t know how to make the drinks properly I don’t think it’s right to try to blame the guest.im also adding a picture of my drink order so you can see what drink I ordered

Been in there multiple times maybe thinking it's a fluke, but the coffee is watered down! EVERYTIME. I went with my son and he got hot chocolate, it was so watered down, he couldn't drink it. I think I'm done.

Request lite ice. The employee at window reminded the batista that I requested lite ice but gave this look that she DID NOT CARE. So, I got 3 swallows of my grande cup and nothing but ice after that. It wasn't busy either

This is my fourth and final time attempting to order from this location.
I always order my drinks with half the sweetening element whatever it be. So instead of the default 4 pumps of pumpkin spice syrup I order two. I cannot have as much sugar as they put in the drinks by default. Does this location care? Do they even look at the order? Absolutely not. I don’t think I’m getting the additional espresso shots I’m paying for either.
This is not an isolated event 4/4 times this has happened. They are rude too.
I wanted a warm drink that only came iced, and the batista offered to ring it in different so I could have what I wanted. Came to meet up with a friend, and the atmosphere was a little cold and not as cozy as I liked, but it was overall a good experience. I will return.

This place is always so far behind on orders. Over 30 minutes today for a coffee is crazy. I even mobile ordered it like 15-20 early. The efficiency is terrible. The beechmont Starbucks is a million times better.

Asked for mocha and they gave plain milk with no mocha or syrup that was supposed to go in it. It’s not like Starbucks puts personal effort in making each coffee ain’t it. It’s just a series steps and all you have to do follow that and pump syrups into the coffee. Had to throw away the coffee(milk) because it ruined the whole taste in the mouth.
