This Starbucks claims they participate in the grounds for your garden program, but never has any ready and won’t bag any up when you go in and ask. So no, they do not participate in the grounds for your garden, like all Starbucks are supposed to.

I dont know how it is they manage to do it, but EVERYTIME I come to this location they completely screw up my order. EVERY TIME. Doesnt matter how infrequently or frequently I go, theres always an issue. Doesnt matter if its my order or someone elses, they still screw it up in ways that are inexcusable. Making coffee drinks without using coffee, not adding ingredients that were paid for, taking their sweet time making one drink when no one else is in the store. Its actually insane to me they even have as high of a rating as they do. And if you ever do a food delivery order from here, just expect the recipient to complain. Its a 50/50 shot if not higher that there will be an issue. I truly have a hard time understanding how they can get away with such poor service. Especially for a place that supposedly champions quality.

I am standing in Starbucks right now I have been here 35 minutes for my door dash and my drinks. Instead of making orders for people that are not even in the building make the people who have been in here waiting. Slow service all the way around the table. Drive thru isn’t the most important.
Update I got my drink and it taste like straight ice it is terrible nothing brown sugar about this drink. I’ll never come to this Starbucks again.
Everything is great just wish their prices were a little cheaper.

Terrible service! I ordered 3 summer skies drinks, to be made w the coconut milk, not lemonade, and I was handed 2 made w lemonade and 1 w milk, you can clearly see the difference, then when I let them know there was a mistake, I was lied to and told the coconut milk had separated!?! I then had to go inside and tell them that was a lie because you could clearly taste the lemonade in the drink, and see the pulp from the lemons in the cup!?! I had to ask multiple times for them to remake my drinks, then finally was given the correct drink. Baffled!?! I have never posted a negative post on Google mind you!?! This is a first! My daughters and I are constantly getting Starbucks and this store is the only one we have received bad service at. Smh...

This Starbucks is very hit or miss. Some days they do a great job. Other days they are horrible! Today, it took 31 minutes to make an Americano. Yesterday, I had everything in a matter of three minutes. I have had to take drinks back several times because they’re just not right. They seem to be always treating someone and putting them on barista duty from day one. Many times, I have seen the barista’s not make full syrup pumps when putting a drink together. As for inconsistency, that is usually the main cause. They need to keep the talented baristas putting drinks together. I also need another espresso machine.

I ordered coffee and oatmeal. I was given uncooked oatmeal. Had to turn back around to have them fix it. She then took it amd added too much liquid, and it was like soup... very disappointed in service 😒 no sincere apology given just rude looks.
