I have been going to this Starbucks location for years. I have to say I have tried most of the menu, but usually always go with my shaken espresso. Daniella is such a pleasure to see there! She always has a smile on her face with the best recommendations. Not only is her customer service great, her drinks are always very timely, very delicious and consistent! Definitely recommend grabbing a coffee from this Starbucks.

If I could give this a zero I would. The service was horrible. I tried to customize a drink and was basically told no and then couldn’t order my drink. Even when I knew there was an up charge and was okay paying it. Then she gave an attitude wouldn’t let me use the coupon or put in for my stars. I would definitely recommend not going here and driving to another one.

The workers are lovely but I’m sad to say my drink was awful. Was supposed to be caramel ribbon crunch, but the only thing for sure was the crunch. Didn’t taste much like caramel, and when asked for extra drizzle they didn’t put any in there at all. Kinda sucks. Wish I hadn’t tipped.

I always have a pleasant experience when purchasing here. The Barista's are all very nice, and my drinks are always on point. I took a star because they don't carry all the items that a stand alone store does.

The baristas are all amazing and their drinks are just as good. My go to Starbucks and it says something about the staff when they learn your name and your drinks(even when you change them up).
Parking: The parking for this Starbucks is always tricky, whoever built this parking lot should never be allowed to design parking lots again!

Location down town in the Kroger building very beautiful worker it was pretty busy however they kept everything on Points it was around 830 Am.Way to go very friendly workers. Beautiful attitude. I going to go back and get there name I work downtown at a school.

This Starbucks is hit or miss depending on who is working. The picture is a Vente Latte and how it comes. For the price it should be full, not half or 3/4 full. I think this location could thrive if the baristas don’t get mad for over a 2 drink order, and get more help!
