I went through the drive through today at about 5 PM. And ordered a coffee Frappuccino, with a shot of espresso. This is the second time I have ordered it at this location.
Both times they have not been anything like that. What I get at other locations. Today was especially bad. It tasted nothing like coffee. It was totally white. Was more water then anything. It wasn't even icy like a frappuccino. I have never written a bad review for any Starbucks. I was very disappointed. I am a frequent visitor with a card that I consistently reload and use to accumulate points on.
Having it Remade would be great, but one doesn't always have the time to go back and have their drink remade. I actually already knew that they would, but again, did not have the time to go back.

Now that Starbucks has removed their lavender cold foam I won’t be getting anything ever again from this place. What a waste of a tip and over 5 for just a refresher with out caffeine. Dream on I will never be a customer of yours again.

Went through drive through. Requested drink caddy in bag because I am on crutches. Barista rolled her eyes, then when she handed me the bag, told me they wouldn’t do this again and they only provide drink caddy’s and bags for deliveries.
Bought a venti white mocha at about 5:45 am. I am from out of town. I needed good coffee, not hotel coffee. So I read the reviews for a Starbucks closer to my hotel, and they were not great. So, I decided to drive further to this location since the recent reviews were pretty good. Boy, did I make a mistake. Milk tasted burnt from being over steamed. Couldn't taste the white mocha even though I ordered 7 pumps. (Which is a lot). As I was picking it up, I watched him finishing up making my drink. He didn't stir the drink at all. Leaving all the white mocha stuck to the bottom. To say the least, I will never return, and you shouldn't buy a drink here either!
I always am able to enjoy my peace when I visit in the early mornings 👍🏾

I ordered my drink through the app and it stated it would be ready at 12:26 so I walked in and waited till 12:35 and asked about my drink the lady she is making it, but she wasn't, so the woman I first spoke to started making it and she handed me a $4 card for the wait. I really was frustrated so I don't think I will visit this location again even though I drive past every day. Sorry I was just disappointed.

My senior citizen mother, who had been bedridden for months, was able to get out of the house today. She wanted Starbucks. At the drive thru I asked for time to read the menu. Mom can't see well so I read all the coffee options to her. Before I could finish the reg op person rudely asked again for our order with an impatient tone of voice. So unnecessary. The Caramel Brule tastes good. Thanks🙃
