Location inside Meijer W. Hills had excellent selection of cups (what I went for). Staff friendly & informative. Only bummer is cannot get Starbucks rewards for dollars spent bc it's not freestanding store & owned by Meijer. So if that's important to you, don't go to one inside a store. Other than that, clean & prompt
We visit Starbucks at least one a week when we do our grocery shopping at Kroger (usually Sunday mornings). We ususlly see the same workers in there and most of them have taken the time to get to know us and chat with us and our kids, which brightens our day early in the morning!
We often get a hot beverage here when we're making a grocery run to this store. The service is generally pretty good and we rarely have to wait long to be served (of course, it helps that we typically stop in early, 6 or 6:30, on Saturday or Sunday mornings before most of the grocery shoppers have gotten up). The staff aren't always terribly friendly or enthusiastic, but they get the job done.
