Went to this establishment to kill time before my doctors appointment. The barista did not put the lid on the coffee properly. I set my phone on the counter because I needed to put a sleeve on it (because she didn’t) and lo and behold, it went EVERYWHERE! All over my phone, the counter and floor. I rushed to try to save my phone and she just stood there doing absolutely nothing. She never said or did anything. I told my long distance boyfriend whom I was on the phone with that I might lose him cause of it. It wasn’t until a male worker came over and saw me trying to clean my case off with my hoodie sleeve and asked if everything was okay. I said NO! The lid was not attached. The drink went all over the phone which is now destroyed. He remade the drink but there was never an apology from any of them. There was never any resolution from Starbucks and I have an absolutely destroyed phone because a barista couldn’t be bothered to do her job and put a lid on the drink.

I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times I feel like I’m stepping into a portal to the way Starbucks used to be. Back when they valued human connection and created my second home. Somehow in the midst of a ton of customers, they still find a way to see me and connect with me. I see regulars pop in and they know their birthdays and usual orders. The chatter and connection between the baristas feels warm and familial. These are truly good people who are good at what they do. I had stopped going to Starbucks for a couple years because the labor cuts and other corporate decisions turned most stores into cold transactional coffee mills. But I’ll definitely be back to this one. I’m so glad I stopped in.

I’ve been getting Matcha at Starbucks for 25 years. This year they changed to the weakest Matcha powder I’ve ever tasted. So I started ordering extra scoops just to equal the correct taste.

Then the pricing structure changed this summer. Extra Matcha is $.80 a scoop. I have to pay an extra $4 for the drink I’ve enjoyed for decades. NOPE! I make my own at home now for less than $1/cup.

I’ve gone back a few times when I forgot to make my own at home. Each time it’s been worse. They recently turned on DoorDash, so often there’s zero parking & the store is so busy that employees barely have time to look up let alone say hi to customers. And this is a place where employees greeted me by name for 3 years!

My order used to be sitting on the counter when I walked in. No. Now it’s 5-10 min more than the estimate in the app. Definitely don’t order pick up if you have someplace to be after. Because you will be late!

Today was the last straw. The gal didn’t have the matcha scoop, so she was using a regular spoon & eyeballing it. Barely any went in at all. And when she took the lid off the blender, she realized she had forgotten to put in the Frappuccino base. So then I had to wait longer while she did it all over again. All of that & the drink had ZERO Matcha taste. It was basically sugar milk. I had to take it home & add my own matcha powder just to make it drinkable.

If you complain to the Starbucks 800 number, they say you should’ve asked the barista to remake the drink. Oh, and wait 10 more friggin minutes??? I’m so done. I deleted my Starbucks account after having it for 25 years.

This company made almost $4 billion profit in 2024 bc the drinks are crappier & employees get paid crap while the CEO toodles all over the country in his jet. FORGET IT!!!

I always have a million questions when I come to Starbucks. This time I was confirming what kind of foam comes on the pumpkin cold brew because a different location gave me a caramel, salted foam and I wasn't expecting that on my drink.

They were very nice and explained what kind of foam should have been on my drink and when I got to the window expecting to pay, they took care of it for me.

Not only were they very nice about helping me make sure I get my drink correct. They took care of it, even though it was a different locations error.

I hope you take good care of these workers because every time I go, doesn’t matter if it’s 15 minutes before close, or 15 minutes after open, they are so polite and hard working. Even when the line is around the building through the access strip, they are so kind. Every single worker, I’ve had such a good experience with and they deserve nothing but the best. I’ve seen how understaffed this store can be and I know how stressful it can be. Thank you for always being so awesome you guys. It means the world ❤️.

I ordered about 15 minutes away on the app 2 drinks, both were ready by the time of arrival and my frappe wasn't even close to melting, pretty happy, employees were nice and ive tried a Mocha Cookie Crumble with an espresso shot at other locations and found it to be not so great, but not here, it was still delicious but I could also taste the espresso without it being too strong! Great job! Keep it up!

Ordered just fine, but then we got to the window & the guy informed me that he couldn't break a $100 bill and I would be too pay with a different method. Annoying, but whatever. Then I waited almost 20 minutes for a couple frappuccinos

Tasty white chocolate mocha drinks! They always seem to make it right here. My only issue is the cups that the hot drinks are served in. The executives need to know that the cups for the hot drinks SUCK. Super flimsy and cannot hold the lid. I don't know how many times I spilled coffee because the stupid lid keeps coming off with barely a touch. I hate it, especially when it's a piping hot cup of coffee.
