I wanted to like this location, but something about the drinks here taste off. The parking lot is a disaster to get in and out of and the drive thru tends to trail out of the lot and towards the light.
Been to this location many many times and it’s always a great experience!! I am writing this review for a particular incident today. I was helped by a very pleasant lady, I believe her name is Emma. I was ordering a drink for my son. It was our first time getting a kids drink and we had a ton of questions. She was just so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. My son mentioned his tree nut allergy, and she went out of her way to make sure his drink was OK and comforted him....
It's Starbucks, so the atmosphere is always good. Young blonde lady took my order and promptly forgot about me. Note, there was no line. I went up about 10 min later and she scurried away to make my coffee. She made it incorrectly. I went back to the barista and the lady with the bright red stripes in her hair tried to fix it, but did not make a new cup. I ordered a decaf and I'm not going to drink it because I'm not sure it was done correctly. Sad that I can't...
