This is the third time I've been to Starbucks in the past couple months and every time there has not been one clean table.

Warmed up our food when we said we didn’t want it to be warmed up. Then made my pink drink horribly, had to go back inside the store and have a sweet lady remake it. Girl with red hair needs to be fired no shade. She was rude and had an attitude honestly. STOP HIRING RUDE PEOPLE. The dreadhead girl is the only nice person there honestly.

Slowest Starbucks in the city
Last time I went into this store they told me it would be 25-30 minutes to get a drink. I appreciate that and we ended up going to another location.
Optimistically, I got in the drive thru line today and it took over 30 min with only 4 cars in front of me.
My drink was meh. A dragon drink that tasted mostly like water and a little bit of coconut milk.
The guy at the speaker was friendly but that was the highlight of the visit.
Don’t know what the issue is- understaffing? Training? Whatever it is I hope they solve it soon or I will likely not be returning.
The app was down so I couldn't place an order. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my grande vanilla oat milk latte. The baristas were working hard it just seemed like they were prioritizing the drive thru.
I come to this Starbucks often And every time I come, I’m just disappointed. The drive through is long every time- totally fine but they take 20 mins for 4 cars. You wait and get to order and they’re always out of things. Things they make, like cold brew & sweet cream. 9 times out of 10 the drink isn’t consistent. Totally frustrating!
Totally rude. Wasn’t greeted when came in. Also had asked for specifics on our order that we placed. We asked for very few ice cubes, and kid says..”there’s no way to measure ice”. Then asked for our frap to be double blended…we were told there is an .80 up charge for something to blended in a blender twice. Very rude. We go to Starbucks every day. Not this one. But def will not be coming back
I’ve gone to this location so many times and lately the service and quality have gone down drastically that I’ll be avoiding this location in the future. This morning through the drive thru my drink order was wrong and when I said something to the gentleman in the drive thru he pushed back and insistent I said cherry chai instead of iced chai. They ended up remaking it but the drink they gave me next was 99% soy milk with a splash of chai. I’m not one to really cause a fuss but the customer service and then thrown together drink to fix it was Not the greatest experience.

I go to this starbucks OFTEN. And I get the same thing pretty much. On this occasion though, it did not taste right. It was bland and tasted watered down. I informed the manager and he was kind and asked the young lady to remake it. She seemed upset and then dumped the same drink into a new cup and put on new toppings and assumed no one would noticed. I just took the drink and left. My daughter wouldn't even drink it. It was like lightly chocolate flavored water with whip cream on top. I was very upset as like I said I come here OFTEN.
My first time going to this Starbucks location. I ordered ahead on the app, which said order ready in 5 to 8mins. Almost 30mins later I get my coffee. The monitor does not help, names that populated after me, were being processed before mine. The process maybe flawed, It's confusing and not helpful..I will say the team was working hard to get orders completed, it makes a difference when you have a long wait. Kudos to those workers that continues to show up to work knowing it's going to be a busy day. Thankfully, the locations I frequent are not as busy. Fix the app timing so people can decide just like the walk ins if they have 30 minutes to wait.
