Walked in and was told it was a 30 minute wait on drink orders because of mobile. There was literally 0 other people in the building. Tough look.

We walked in to purchase drinks. We were told it was a half hour wait because they were backed up from online orders. Since when does someone walking in to a store should wait half an hour to order. In store and drive thru should always come first. Very disappointed

Worst location yet. Smelled of sour milk. Took about ten to fifteen minutes for my order. The guy was rude and clumsy. Had to use a wad of napkins to clean my cup. The drink tastes like old coffee. Thought this location was good as or better than the mini ones in kroger or target; wrong and gross.

This location is always so busy, and today they were exceptionally so. Even though they were so busy, the person who took my order still greeted me warmly, answered my questions, didn't rush me, and was kind and patient. They let people know it would be a wait, but it didn't even take that long. I know how difficult that can be to stay calm and friendly working in a busy food service environment. All the staff were so great and accommodating. I was so impressed that nobody seemed really flustered. The drinks were delicious. Thank you so much for amazing service!

Vegetarian options: I am vegan, so I get the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso.

This is the filthiest Starbucks I've ever been to. It looks like there was an explosion of drinks near barista. It was busy so I'll cut some slack for that.

I used to come to this location about a year ago. The service was great- even if there was a little bit of a wait time they seemed to always knock it down fast. I was a regular. Well, since beginning of fall which is almost over now. They always tend to mess up my order, one time I asked for a venti sweet cream cold brew and they put cold foam, which I wasn’t too mad about but I didn’t really want cold foam that day. Didn’t complain to them to remake it but then there’s been a few occasions where I’ll order a venti and I get to the window and I’m being handed a grande? I’m not sure how you mix up venti with grande. This location used to be so good but now that the old employees that don’t work there or the few I used to see all the time this one has gone to poop. Wait times are also ridiculous too. They used to be kinda bad sometimes, but this is the worst I’ve seen it. And even if there was a bad wait time then, they always managed to knock it down fast.

My sister and I frequent Starbucks. This is the worst location by far and unfortunately the closest to our home. At this point we won't get Starbucks or will make the drive to forest park. This last time was atrocious. It took 30 minutes to get to the window (mins you we pulled right up to the speaker). There were 4 workers walking around looking like they had no clue what they were doing. By the time we got our drinks and food A)they made my drink iced when it was supposed to be hot B)after sitting there for 20minuyes they tell my sister her food was out and C) everything was cold. I kept hoping this location would get it together, but until the reviews pick up I won't be returning.

Extremely slow service. The workers were making drinks for orders of people that were not even at the window. I have been to many Starbucks and my drink tasted terrible compared to other Starbucks. They did say they made my drink wrong at first and remade it, but I watched them make 3 more drinks before correcting their error and making mine. Meanwhile, the drive-through line grew longer and, understandably, the people more impatient and irritated.

Slow, couple members of the staff shouldn’t be working in customer service. Manager sits in the lobby as her workers struggle to make a drink every ten minutes. They remove things from the app bc they are so slow at making drinks but blame it on being busy. If the Kroger Starbucks is open just go there or make the drive to forest park. Oh and they mess up my drink almost every time to the point I just don’t go to this location anymore. In summary, terrible management, undertrained employees with no customer service, and consistently inconsistent.
