I stopped by Starbucks this morning before heading into work, and let me just say—the service was a 1000/1000! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Aaliyah, who was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was top-tier, and she truly made my drink with love (I could taste it, lol). She even left a note on my cup that honestly made my day and got me a little emotional: “Have a great day, queen.”
The entire experience was incredible—the staff was kind and welcoming, the store was super clean, and the overall energy was just amazing. This is exactly how customer service should be. I’ll definitely be back!

I get a specific drink here almost every day. It’s just an espresso with brown sugar syrup and regardless of how small my order is it is always made to perfection besides a couple times where they thought they had to put milk in it lol but I will continue to keep coming to the store, no matter what thank you everyone that is working here! I add my protein drink into it!!

Me and my mom went through the drive thru at around 9:50AM. It wasn’t busy. But the lady talking our order said almost everything we were asking for “hadn’t been shipped for months and has been sold out”. It was the holiday menu. She didn’t say sorry or anything and was very rude when we pulled up to the window. Never coming back here again.

I visited this location on the 6th of December around 5-7pm and had been meaning to make this review as I received top notch service! The young man who placed my order (I did not get his name) was so warm & nice to me! I don't visit Starbucks often but knew I wanted something with peppermint in it. He listed off all of my options and he gave me the best fit for my needs with a smile on his face. The young lady who made my drink- made it to PERFECTION during a drive-thru & doordash rush. I DEFINITELY Will be visiting again as those kind young individuals made my night!

Y’all have turned it around. I come back home during Christmas break and this was honestly the worst starbucks ever last year. Had to go to Dunkin’ down the street for a minute. The new look is dope and the vibe is way better in here. Was chatting it up with one of the girls there and she said y’all put new management in. Good on em. Will definitely continue to support this new change. Glad to be able to come back to our regular spot.

How they are ALWAYS out of syrups? Not a single holiday syrup is stocked today. Thanksgiving weekend when you know you’re going to be slammed. It’s like this every year.

The staff is always rude, moblie orders take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes. Today i place a moblie order for my husband to pick it up. They gave him the wrong drink, i went back to get it fixed. I stood in the front for 5 minutes before anyone greeted me. The lady a drive thru made eye contact with me and walked away. the gentleman didn't apologize or anything. As he was taking my drink back he greeted the white msn that came through the patio door. They all need to be retrained
Waited over 20 minutes for my coffee which I got was black with shot of expresso. They were unorganized and lost. I had to repeat what I ordered. It was pathetic for overpriced coffees.

Warmed up our food when we said we didn’t want it to be warmed up. Then made my pink drink horribly, had to go back inside the store and have a sweet lady remake it. Girl with red hair needs to be fired no shade. She was rude and had an attitude honestly. STOP HIRING RUDE PEOPLE. The dreadhead girl is the only nice person there honestly.
