The app was down so I couldn't place an order. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my grande vanilla oat milk latte. The baristas were working hard it just seemed like they were prioritizing the drive thru.
My first time going to this Starbucks location. I ordered ahead on the app, which said order ready in 5 to 8mins. Almost 30mins later I get my coffee. The monitor does not help, names that populated after me, were being processed before mine. The process maybe flawed, It's confusing and not helpful..I will say the team was working hard to get orders completed, it makes a difference when you have a long wait. Kudos to those workers that continues to show up to work knowing...
