This location is always so busy, and today they were exceptionally so. Even though they were so busy, the person who took my order still greeted me warmly, answered my questions, didn't rush me, and was kind and patient. They let people know it would be a wait, but it didn't even take that long. I know how difficult that can be to stay calm and friendly working in a busy food service environment. Very good drink, however they really need more help. The employees did great, working hard to get all of the customers served. They said they had some employees that were out. Hopefully everyone is safe and healthy
It's probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, super dirty and messy inside to, plus they lost my order at first and when it was made they never called my name so it sat there forever until I asked for it , but they did offer to remake it
