This location is poorly run. They routinely run out of key ingredients, never have enough staff, and you have to announce you are there when you at the drive thru speaker or they won't know you are there. On Saturday 8/16 they were closed. Closed. On. A. Saturday. Morning. Here is a suggestion: maybe try to keep more vanilla on hand so you don't run out of it 4 or 5 days a week. If you do run out of vanilla, I advise you to send an associate, manager, or GM to the gigantic Kroger store located 200 feet from your store, and either buy the ingredients or borrow them from the Starbucks located inside the Kroger. I love the staff, they are super friendly, especially Craig. That guy is a hoot. But they can only do so much. Just seems like management doesn't know how to run a business or manage inventory properly.

I’m on a specific keto diet and a barista named Sierra went above and beyond, being patient and kind, to help me pick the right drink. It was peak customer service and we definitely need more of her at Starbucks!

Today I ordered an Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with Oatmilk. I'm not sure how it's possible that the last 5 times I have ordered this drink at this location it has tasted different each time. Today, I paid my $6 for a cup of Oatmilk considering that's the only thing u can taste within the drink. Must be a new staff who was never trained or simple just don't care!

AWFUL EVERY-TIME! What on Earth is wrong with this location. Not only do their pick up orders take 25 minutes and are never ready when you get there while the employees just stand back there chatting, The drinks always taste like trash. The drive-through is slow as heck every time. I have never had a good experience at the store and after today, I will never be back.

I went inside to get a latte thinking it would be quicker than the long drive thru line. Was I ever wrong!!!!
There were 3 people fixing drinks and food when I ordered. Two were pulling much more weight than the third.
So I order and wait........ and wait........
and wait. It's been 20 minutes now and guess what I'm doing? Waiting 😔
I will not be coming here again and I love Starbucks.

Must be new staff that doesn’t know how to mix drinks correctly. The last two times I’ve had drinks that tasted awful. Wont be back, I can’t keep paying $8 a cup for coffee that tasted like it was poured from the bottom of the trash can.

Yesterday they had no vanilla syrup. Today they just gave me my iced latte without vanilla syrup. Coffee Has only been right from this location half the time. Going to find another morning coffee place

My husband attempted to order and was told that “systems were down” and he needed to order through the app. After attempting to do so and taking the time to download the app, it then told us that payment can only be made with a Starbucks card. He mentioned that the associates were less than helpful also. Shouldn’t make people jump through hoops to order coffee.

Not impressed, got a caramel iced coffee, got out to the car to take a drink, and everything was on the bottom. Try the little shake and stir it ended up wearing a little bit of it.

The barista, Drew, is an absolute doll. Suggested I try something new and I loved it. And of course promised if I didn't like it they would remake it.

Freebies

Horrible service... There were 2 people sitting in the establishment who already had their drinks but I still waited 20+ minutes for my drink. They were aware because the other two workers laughed as one person cleared the drive through line and made me wait to make my drink even though I was there first. Even when the other person said my drink was up next, it wasn't.

Sad experience because that used to be my favorite Starbucks location.

I am placing this review because of my poor experience with Catherine working the window on Sunday.11/03 @3:20. Not that Starbucks has the highest standards in hiring but Catherine wins STARBUCKS Rudest Employee Award
This particular day I paid with my cc. Catherine hands me out the machine and I explained there was a glare and ask that she do it for me - she said no that I had to do it because there was a tip question to just take the machine into my car and I told her I didn’t want to…she said I had to…I told her listen bottom line I don’t want to handle the machine as everyone has been touching it and I’d like to eat the sandwich I just ordered with clean hands and she said to me to stop being rude naturally I said wow I’m shocked you are talking to a customer like this. She said I can talk to you any way I want and slammed the window. I still had one request (napkins) and had to wait at the window for a brave barista to reopen the window as 5 cars piled up behind me because apparently she was not going to come back. She needs to be FIRED!!
