This Starbucks can be slow sometimes but there drinks are amazing I love there drinks. The worker are so kind.

Staff is nice, drinks are good, but the way I saw that manager handle an upset coworker was very disappointing. I don't know her name, the shorter woman. To her: Be better than that. That was gross.

I typically avoid this location because I've had issues in the past, but i had a great experience here today! We got a ton of snow this morning, yet the staff was cheery and even went above and beyond to make my drink satisfactory. Whoever was working the drive thru today was great! Good job!

I think people are getting this location IN KROGER confused with the stand-alone one in Anderson Towne Center, which is awful. At least that's where the pin shows up for me. The Kroger starbucks staff are amazing and make a much better drink than the stand alone that I take the time to get out of my car and go in the Kroger rather than take a chance with the other.

I come here because it’s close to home and convenient. But I’ll just start going to bigby. This place has been horrible and only gotten worse. From the time I ordered a muffin and instead of reimbursing me, they put a bag out with “sold out” written on it to today, being out of cold brew. What kind of coffee place runs out of coffee? What a joke. Rude, slow, and clearly can’t keep up on inventory.
Shout out to Olivia for always going above and beyond! This location is usually always pretty busy but the customer service can’t be beat!

This location is poorly run. They routinely run out of key ingredients, never have enough staff, and you have to announce you are there when you at the drive thru speaker or they won't know you are there. On Saturday 8/16 they were closed. Closed. On. A. Saturday. Morning. Here is a suggestion: maybe try to keep more vanilla on hand so you don't run out of it 4 or 5 days a week. If you do run out of vanilla, I advise you to send an associate, manager, or GM to the gigantic Kroger store located 200 feet from your store, and either buy the ingredients or borrow them from the Starbucks located inside the Kroger. I love the staff, they are super friendly, especially Craig. That guy is a hoot. But they can only do so much. Just seems like management doesn't know how to run a business or manage inventory properly.
This location is incompetent and messes my drink up every time please go to the mariemont location or cherry grove

Today I ordered an Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with Oatmilk. I'm not sure how it's possible that the last 5 times I have ordered this drink at this location it has tasted different each time. Today, I paid my $6 for a cup of Oatmilk considering that's the only thing u can taste within the drink. Must be a new staff who was never trained or simple just don't care!
AWFUL EVERY-TIME! What on Earth is wrong with this location. Not only do their pick up orders take 25 minutes and are never ready when you get there while the employees just stand back there chatting, The drinks always taste like trash. The drive-through is slow as heck every time. I have never had a good experience at the store and after today, I will never be back.
I went inside to get a latte thinking it would be quicker than the long drive thru line. Was I ever wrong!!!!
There were 3 people fixing drinks and food when I ordered. Two were pulling much more weight than the third.
So I order and wait........ and wait........
and wait. It's been 20 minutes now and guess what I'm doing? Waiting 😔
I will not be coming here again and I love Starbucks.
