This is the worst Starbucks in the city. My drink is always wrong or made poorly and the wait is usually 15-20 minutes or more. I’ve started going to the one in the Kroger next door, my drink is always made right and made well and the wait is short. Skip this location and go to Kroger!

Waited almost 30 minutes for two drinks. This isn’t the first

I’m wondering if there’s something they can do to combat how busy this particular location is. Perhaps add in another espresso machine? I’m not sure what the answer is, but it took 31 minutes from the time I placed my mobile order, and 28 minutes the following day. Even an alert letting customers know the wait is over 15 minutes. I feel for the employees, but no one should wait a half an hour for a coffee.

I ordered two drinks, waited ten minutes for one, which is normal. The other took another twenty minutes and it wasn’t until I went up and asked where it was after the barista said they put drinks out in pairs they were ordered in. I only drank a little of it after I left just to threw it away from it being awful. The worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I will not be back for a long time. Good luck to those who continue to return

I've been to the Anderson Starbucks many times but today I ordered a mocha for pickup. I took my first sip while in the car and the lid was not on tightly so the entire drink ended up in my lap. After cleaning up my car, showering and changing clothes I went back to inform them of what happened. She apologized but to my surprise did not offer a replacement or any other remedy.

Excessive waits (online orders take 30+ minutes to fill), just so when you finally get there, the coffee was dumped for being too "old" so you have to wait again.Other customers constantly cutting lines to take priority bc they "aren't going to wait in that line" so they interrupt the baristas and throw a fit.The place is always trashed due to excessive traffic and the staff constantly being overwhelmed. Unsure how though because there are always at least 6-7 baristas staffed.Avoid this location if you need to be anywhere in a tinely manner. It's not worth the wait.Signed,I ordered my coffee at 9:40am (it's 10:13am) and it's still not ready (and this is how it goes every time. Time to find a new coffee shop to support).

Too many Karen’s to count, and if you order - be ready for 20-40 minute waits for the simplest of things.

If you want to wait 30 min in the drive thru with no way to get out of line, this is the location for you.

Table was dirty and I had to clean it myself. A handful of lids fell on the floor and customers were literally just walking around them. Too lazy to pick them up, so I did. Both Bathrooms were dirty. The sound of the wood chair scraping on the concrete floor was loud and disturbing. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Disappointed in this location. Brewed coffee isn’t great and wait times are pretty long , even when you are the only person in line.

Fast service, Breakfast burrito was dry and tasted bland. Complete waste of my money. Sad part, I feel it was intentional, sad. If your gonna eat anything, enjoy the cheese Danish. Coffee of course, is coffee. Nothing else has been even desirable to me, I'll probably try again. But this far, I'm extremely disappointed. Service is fast tho. Just not quality.

I frequent this location, and it used to be a fun cheerful location. No one even greets you hello anymore. I work customer service myself, I get it... But simply greeting a customer can make all the difference.
