I go to this starbucks all the time and order the same thing. Unfortunately this location is the most inconsistent and today my cup was completely filled with ice and the amount of coffee was no where near a normal venti amount! So sick of being ripped off by this location! Boo!!

My 3rd time pre-ordering and my order has been perfection each time. Also I love the holiday cup! Thank you!
I buy a black iced coffee from one of the 3 or 4 local Starbucks most days. This location is very close, and generally has a shorter wait than Rookwood or Oakley Station. Also, the employees are wonderful. With that being said, the iced coffee is generally weaker (often visibly so...it looks like iced tea), and they keep the shop super cold most days. I've made them aware of both issues, so it's hard for me to believe that both items arent intentional (ie to save costs/discourage people from hanging out).
