I buy a black iced coffee from one of the 3 or 4 local Starbucks most days. This location is very close, and generally has a shorter wait than Rookwood or Oakley Station. Also, the employees are wonderful. With that being said, the iced coffee is generally weaker (often visibly so...it looks like iced tea), and they keep the shop super cold most days. I've made them aware of both issues, so it's hard for me to believe that both items arent intentional (ie to save costs/discourage...
I work next door it's so easy to order on my phone and walk one door over to pick it up. Almost always ready by the time I get there. When I get two of the exact same drinks, one is usually more bitter than the other but it's okay bc I just give that one to my husband. I feel for them when I walk in and there's a line and a whole bunch of mobile order people waiting to get their stuff. Must get overwhelming.
Very friendly staff, good coffee, clean and air-conditioned with free wifi. I wish they continued decaf a bit later into the afternoon, but that is Sbux policy and not the store's fault. My advice: get a small coffee and sit as long as you can; refills are only 50¢!
