I've gotten the wrong order from this store multiple times. You can tell them what you want however what you get will be a complete mystery.

Every time I go there the Carmel ribbon crunch is different every single time, and not good. I don’t know what they could possibly be doing, they need to follow the recipe.

Omg where do i start everything about this Starbucks is horrible from the bitter over sweeten drinks to the workers nasty attitudes especially the young girl at the drive through window wearing a scarf . I asked for a simple pink drink and she filled it with strawberry puree. Like pure strawberry puree like ma’am this isn’t what i asked for and when i asked her to fix it she put it in a new cup with some extra creamer and gave ur Back… then with a attitude told me she tried to fix it .. also why are the lines so long

Messed up 2 of my 3 drinks so badly I gave up and stopped at a second Starbucks to reorder. I'm not talking about a hot drink instead of iced, I'm talking about me verifying 3 times that they made a drink non-dairy only to find out it was, in fact, FULL dairy. The other one was the completely wrong beverage.
Came via Uber at 8pm just to find the doors locked and had to wait in the freezing cold till my next Uber Came in ordered through the mobile app then but by the time my uber got there even with priority pick up my drinks were half melted and by the time I got home no longer frappicinos (granted im sure they would have been great and an actual frappicinos had the doors not been locked an hour before closing)

Had two bad experiences this month on December 4 I arrived at 852 in drive-thru to order a caramel ribbon crunch frappicino and was told it wasnt possible to make because they broke down the blenders for cleaning before closing so I ordered a priority ride from Uber for nothing and then yesterday on my birthday December 19th I took a Lyft to go in stores and order to find the door were locked already right after 8pm when the in-store pick up option was available and had to wait over 20 mins in the freezing cold till my lyft go to me and while waiting I ordered through the mobile app and picked my order up in the drive thru but the frappicinos were already over half melted I've worked in customer service for years but closing down machines before closing time and locking doors an hour before closing is wild like I get its a busy time of year but we all know what comes with these types of jobs do better at this location

Waited at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes, no one took my order. Waited in the drive through line for 15 just to be told they wouldn’t add my order to the register so I had to go somewhere else. Will be calling corporate. Several other people behind me had to do the same.

I go to this Starbucks all the time — some of the workers even know me, and I usually never have issues. But on Sunday, December 7 around 4pm, the girl taking my order (Black girl caramel complexion, with box braids, and two nose piercings) got an attitude with me for no reason. She keyed in my order wrong, I corrected her nicely, and she acted like I was the problem. It felt like she didn’t want to answer my questions at the speaker, but that’s literally her job. I even asked about the peppermint whipped cream before I got to the window, and she told me they didn’t have it, which is weird because other Starbucks usually do. She also got an attitude with my mom when she asked a simple question about the hot chocolate.
She was working the window too. She was super friendly and smiley with the people ahead of me but cold and short with me, didn’t even say “Hi” or “Your total is,” just “8.49” and handed me my drinks. When I said “Have a good day,” she just said “Yup” which is very rude
If customers asking questions triggers you, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. The whole experience was disrespectful.

Make sure you have at least 25 minutes to wait! Mobile order, waited 22 minutes in line, and its still not ready! Come on. A cold matcha, takes 2 minutes. And everyone in there is walking around like zombies. Get some employees that understand what it means to be at work!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes are a Carmel iced coffee. I think they need to evaluate their workers and management.
