Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited 20 minutes are a Carmel iced coffee. I think they need to evaluate their workers and management.

Didn’t realize I wasn’t allowed to order a water without an additional purchase. And no I didn’t ask for it for free I just needed water to make a baby bottle. 2 cars in parking lot and no one else in the drive thru. I guess my demands are to much

On 9/22/25 my disabled father tried to go inside and buy 2 drinks around 6-7 pm h tried to pay with 100$ which the lady at the register said he couldn’t ( no signs posted that you can’t accept 100$ ) he then turns to ask to use the bathroom the lady at the registered snickered and said it was for paying customers only ( which he just tried to do and she denied him service ) he proceeded to leave and use the restroom on himself in the parking lot . He is disabled physically and mentally . Tried to cal TWICE today 9/23/25 with no answer .

Store says it closes at 10, wow, thought that was great for a starbucks, since a lot of them close earlier. Well drove here 20+ minutes away since I live far. Arrived at 9:10 50 mins before supposed closing time, & waited 10 mins in front of the screen. No one says anything. Pulls up to the window, everything is dark. No one is there. If you close at 9 just say that. Waste of my precious, & valuable time.

We had just sat down and ordered our coffee when the staff told us that, due to being short-staffed, they were closing the café area and only keeping the drive-thru open. It was frustrating, especially since the store is listed as being open until 10 PM.
