They say they don't serve cars first but I just watched 5 cars order and get served after I ordered I been sitting here for 15 still no drink, not coming here anymore, also their tables haven't been cleaned in years, it's basically a homeless

If you are looking for a Starbucks that is consistent, this is not the one for you. They don’t make a drink the same two times in a row. Nor do they stay open until the are “open until” on both Google and their app. I have been to this location two weeks in a row at 830 pm and 845 pm when they “close at 9” and closed both times. They never answer their phone either. Honestly don’t even bother with this location.

The drinks, food, and friendliness of the staff are all top notch. The only problem is how long it takes to get orders through the drive-thru. It takes upwards of 15-20 minutes every time I've come here. Plus, this delay on orders pushes traffic out into the street. If you come here, be prepared to wait a long time.

Terrible service today, waited 20 minutes for my drink while everyone who came in after got theirs. Barista insisted my order was a mobile when I had ordered in the store and said it would be another 15 minutes. 30 minute wait for a coffee???
Employees and mgmt. are the best people on the Westside of Cincinnati! Hands down!!! Love them like family. Always feel better after my daily visit! ?

Need to update the posted hours. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to get here cause it said you were open till 9:00 inside and open till 10:00 in the drive-thru. Showed up at 8:50 and the doors were already locked AND the drive thru closed. ??

Great mobile order service. Decent amount of outdoor parking. Limited selection of packaged coffee. Parking lot is a bit tight.

As a person that can only afford Starbucks once a week I'm highly disappointed and just done with Starbucks. Sometimes you get a good drink but most of the time not and they want a tip on top of it. Here's a suggestion how about you let us taste the drink first and then we'll decide if you're going to get a tip because again sometimes you can make a drink and sometimes you can't and now I'm just wasted $9 of my hard earned money for a special treat that is now not a special treat it's done nothing but upset me this morning. Fabulous waste of money

Terrible service waited in drive thru they never asked for order. After waiting pulled up to window asked if speak was working as no one had answered. Was told that she was doing 2 jobs and she didn't get my order. Asked if she could get me a coffee and was looked at like I was imposing and then asked if I could pull around and she would get to me after the people behind me get their orders. No, this is not the first time this drive thru is slow and has been closed several times for whatever reasons.
